T700/LT-03A層合板在不同環境下的拉伸性能研究

在室溫、低溫和濕熱三種環境下,對碳纖維層合板分別開展了靜力和拉-拉疲勞試驗。得到了T700/LT-03A層合板的拉伸性能和破壞機理。在抗拉強度和抗疲勞性能方面,室溫環境優于其它兩種環境。試驗和模擬結果表明:T700/LT-03A層合板在三種環境下的應力結果較為接近;與室溫環境下的結果相比,低溫和濕熱環境下層合板的應力分別減少了3.37%和4.3%,而濕熱環境下層合板的應力增大了5.69%。環境對該層合板的疲勞性能影響較大。研究成果對碳纖維復合材料的工程應用提供一定的參考。

Abstract:The tensile properties and fatigue behavior of carbon fiber reinforced composite laminates were tested at different temperatures in tensile and tension–tension fatigue process. The tensile properties and failure mechanism of T700/LT-03A laminates were obtained by this way. Through comparing the tensile properties at three different temperatures, it was obtained that the tensile properties at room temperature was higher than those at other temperatures. The results showed that the static strength of T700/LT-03A laminates under the three kinds of temperature was not obviously changed, and the static strength at low temperature was reduced by 3.37% compared with at room temperature, and the static strength in hot and humid environment was reduced by 4.3% compared with that at room temperature. Compared with the ambient temperature, the stress value of the hot and humid environment was increased by 5.69%, and the stress value had a great influence on the number of fatigue cycles. The paper can provide some reference for application of carbon fiber composites in the future.

碳纖維是繼玻璃纖維之后出現的第二代纖維增強材料,具有高比強度、高比模量、耐高溫等優點[1,2]。隨著航空航天對材料的需求,特別是為了適應不同環境下的飛行性能,復合材料在不同溫度下的研究也越來越廣泛。因此對 T700/LT-03A復合材料進行不同環境的應力和疲勞性能的研究非常有必要。
曹海建[3]利用有限元軟件ANSYS分析了三位整體中空復合材料結構模型的壓縮力學性能,汪源龍[4]對碳纖維(CCF300)/雙馬樹脂(GW300)復合材料層合板進行了高溫環境下的拉伸和壓縮性能實驗,研究其在不同溫度下的基本力學性能變化。朱振濤[5]等對復合材料層合板的拉伸和剪切進行了試驗分析,等到了層合板的基本力學性能的分散性結果。……
