異丙醇鋁水解制備氧化鋁研究

采用異丙醇鋁水解法制備氧化鋁,考察了多種因素對(duì)氧化鋁物化性質(zhì)的影響。用X射線衍射、氮物理吸附、掃描電鏡等方法分析了所得樣品的晶相結(jié)構(gòu)、孔結(jié)構(gòu)以及微觀形貌。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:異丙醇鋁在不同條件下水解均能制備出高純的擬薄水鋁石;提高水解溫度有利于提高所制備氧化鋁的孔徑以及孔容;低水解液濃度有利于制備大孔容的氧化鋁,而高水解液濃度有利于制備小孔容的氧化鋁;水與異丙醇鋁比例在 2:1~4:1時(shí)擬薄水鋁石和氧化鋁比表面積和孔容達(dá)到最大;水解時(shí)間為3~4 h是制備高比表面積和大孔容擬薄水鋁石和氧化鋁的最佳時(shí)間。

Abstract:Alumina was prepared by aluminum isopropoxide method. The effect of process parameters on the physicochemical properties of alumina were studied. Techniques such as XRD, N2-TPD, and SEM were employed to characterize the crystal phase, pore structure, and apparent morphology. The results show that the hydrolysis of aluminum isopropoxide can prepare high pure pseudoboehmite under different conditions. Increasing the hydrolysis temperature is helpful to improve the pore size and pore volume of prepared alumina. Low concentration of hydrolyzate can prepare small pore volume alumina. High concentration of hydrolyzate can prepare large pore volume alumina. When the ratio of water and aluminum isopropoxide is between 2:1 and 4:1, the specific surface and pore volume are the maximum. The best hydrolysis time is 3 ~ 4 h for preparation of high specific surface area and large
pore volume alumina.

與無(wú)機(jī)鋁鹽法制氧化鋁相比,醇鋁鹽水解法所用的原料價(jià)格較高,但用鋁醇鹽水解法所得的氧化鋁純化簡(jiǎn)便,產(chǎn)品純度很高。在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中,醇鋁鹽水解法的反應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)單、反應(yīng)速度快、產(chǎn)品純度高,醇鋁鹽水解法因此更容易實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)上的廣泛應(yīng)用[1]。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)外醇鋁水解法制備擬薄水鋁石和氧化鋁的原料主要為異丙醇鋁。德國(guó)Coldea公司開(kāi)發(fā)出一種以高純鋁旋屑和高級(jí)醇為原料生產(chǎn)擬薄水鋁石的方法,該方法水解生成的高級(jí)醇不溶于水,更有利于回收高級(jí)醇,目前最為成熟。……
