土壤表面油類污染物激光檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)

激光技術(shù)在輸油管道泄漏檢測(cè)方面具有很好的應(yīng)用前景,而激光檢測(cè)過(guò)程中受多種因素的影響。本文搭建了激光檢測(cè)油類污染物的實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),從激光入射角度以及發(fā)射距離兩種情況入手,對(duì)比分析了含油污染土壤和無(wú)油污染土壤中探測(cè)器接收的漫反射光的功率值大小,并對(duì)其測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行了相對(duì)不確定度的計(jì)算與分析。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著激光入射角度增大,探測(cè)器接收兩類介質(zhì)的漫反射光的光強(qiáng)均呈現(xiàn)先減小后增大再減小的趨勢(shì),且其接收漫射光的光強(qiáng)隨激光發(fā)射距離增大而減小;對(duì)于含油污染土壤,探測(cè)器接收漫射光的光強(qiáng)均小于無(wú)污染土壤情況;激光入射角度為40°、發(fā)射距離為15 cm時(shí),測(cè)量結(jié)果的相對(duì)不確定值為最小,即可信度最高。該研究結(jié)果可為進(jìn)一步研究激光檢測(cè)油類污染物實(shí)驗(yàn)提供一定參考。

Abstract:The laser technology has a good application prospect in oil pipeline leak detection. The laser detection process is affected by many factors. In this paper, an experimental platform for laser detection of oil pollutants was constructed. Starting from angles of laser incidence and launching distance, the power values of diffuse reflected light received by detectors in oily contaminated soil and uncontaminated soil were compared and analyzed. The relative uncertainty of the measurement results was calculated and analyzed. The results showed that, with the increase of laser incidence angle, the intensity of diffuse reflected light of the two kinds of media showed the trend of decreasing first,then increasing and then decreasing. The intensity of the received diffuse light decreased with increase of the laser emission distance. For oily contaminated soil, the intensity of the diffuse reflected light received by the detector was less than that of the uncontaminated soil. When the angle of incidence of laser was 40° and the transmitting distance was 15 cm, the relative uncertainty of the measurement results was the minimum, and the reliability was the highest.The research results can provide reference for further research on the detection of oil pollutants by laser.

近年來(lái),我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)有著較好的發(fā)展,石油作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中重要的能源物質(zhì)被大量需求,輸送石油的載體有很多,在眾多輸油設(shè)備中,管道具有安全性高、輸送成本低、方便快捷、等優(yōu)點(diǎn)已大量的被鋪設(shè)[1]。然而,輸油管道受土壤腐蝕以及人為迫害等因素影響造成了大量油品泄漏?!?br>
