膨脹型防火涂料及防火機理研究綜述

隨著技術的不斷發(fā)展，人們對各個行業(yè)廣泛應用的木質結構和鋼結構的要求越來越高，其中的一個重要關注點就是防火問題。因此，人們開始研究在基材表面覆蓋一層防火涂料，發(fā)現(xiàn)防火效果較好。從膨脹型防火涂料的分類、組成、特點、防火機理、原料選擇等方面對膨脹型防火涂料進行了深入研究，發(fā)現(xiàn)其具有良好的防火、抑煙性能，受到了人們的青睞。

Abstract:With the continuous development of technology, the requirement for wooden structure and steel structure in various industries becomes increasingly stringent, particularly their fire prevention problems. Therefore, people began to study the fireproof coating to solve these problems. In this article, classification, composition, characteristics,fireproof mechanism, raw material selection of expansion type fireproof coatings were studied, it’s pointed out that the expansion type fireproof coatings have good fire prevention performance and smoke suppression performance.

毋庸置疑，火災帶給人們的傷害是巨大的，不但危害著人們的生命財產(chǎn)安全，也毀滅著人類的文明。因此，人們歷來重視防火材料的研究，隨著科技的發(fā)展，關于涂料防火問題受到了人們的關注，這種方法防火效率高、適應性很強，在建筑、交通、電器、軍工、航空等方面受到廣泛應用。防火涂料不但起到保護和裝飾的作用，還可以起到防止點燃和阻止或延緩基材燃燒的作用。對于防火涂料，不但要求阻燃效果好，并且在燃燒過程中必須減少熱量和有毒氣體、煙塵的排放[1]。針對以上情況，人們對防火涂料進行了重點研究，發(fā)現(xiàn)：膨脹型防火涂料性能優(yōu)異，實際應用價值較高。本文就對膨脹型防火涂料及防火機理進行了研究論述，以期對膨脹型防火涂料的實際應用有所幫助。

1 防火涂料的分類

防火涂料自出現(xiàn)之后就得到了大力發(fā)展，至今已種類豐富，性能優(yōu)異，已經(jīng)有數(shù)十種應用于實際生產(chǎn)。……
