我國硫磷鈦工業十年回顧及展望

2006—2016年是我國硫酸、磷肥、鈦白粉工業快速發展的時期,2006—2016年硫酸產能年均增長率為9.2%,產量年均增長率為6.6%;磷肥產能年均增長率為4.0%,產量年均增長率為3.2%;鈦白粉產能年均增長率為12.7%,產量年均增長率為11.7%。預計到2020年硫酸產量約為110 Mt,硫資源表觀消費量約為39.5 Mt,磷肥產量有望保持在18.0 Mt,鈦白粉產量約為3.1 Mt。回顧了近十年硫酸、磷肥、鈦白粉技術進展,總結硫-磷-鈦-鐵循環經濟產業鏈發展。今后硫磷鈦行業必須加強技術進步和行業融合發展,協同解決廢酸、廢渣、廢氣徹底治理和資源、能源綜合利用,實現可持續發展。

Abstract: China’s sulphuric acid, phosphate fertilizer and titanium dioxide industry came into the period of rapid development from 2006 to 2016. From 2006 to 2016 the average annual growth rate of sulphuric acid production capacity was 9.2% and the average of yield annual growth rate was 6.6%. The average annual growth rate of phosphate fertilizer production capacity was 4.0% and the average of yield annual growth rate was 3.2%. The average annual growth rate of titanium dioxide production capacity was 12.7% and the average of yield annual growth rate was 11.7%. The sulphuric acid production is expected to be about 110 Mt by 2020, the apparent consumption of sulphur resource is about 39.5 Mt, the yield of phosphate fertilizer is expected to remain 18.0 Mt, the yield of titanium dioxide is about 3.1 Mt. The progress of sulphuric acid, phosphate fertilizer and titanium dioxide in recent ten years was reviewed, and the development of sulphur-phosphorus-titanium-iron circular economy industrial chain is summarized. The future of thiophosphate industry must strengthen the technological progress and industry integration development, collaborative solution waste acid, waste residue, waste gas and comprehensive management of resources, comprehensive utilization of energy to achieve sustainable development.

硫酸、磷肥和鈦白粉是我國重要基礎化工原料,在工農業生產中起著舉足輕重的作用。經過“十一五”、“十二五”的快速發展,我國硫磷鈦工業裝置規模、技術裝備水平、清潔生產、節能減排、循環經濟等方面都取得長足進步,并且初步構建了硫-磷-鈦-鐵循環經濟產業鏈,行業之間不斷融合發展。在經歷“十一五”期間高速發展、“十二五”中低速發展后,“十三五”期間硫磷鈦工業既面臨產能過剩、產業結構調整、化肥零增長、節能減排、資源能源和核心技術設備突破等挑戰,也面臨“一帶一路”、“中國制造2025”升級等發展機遇,未來的硫磷鈦工業將是負重前行、任重道遠。……
