Ms Tsai Meiyue brought Min Xiu craftsmanship wedding dress to the New York Fashion Week

Ms. Tsai Meiyue who is the vice president of Quanzhou Institute of Fashion Technology showed up at New York Fashion Week （NYFW） to demonstrate the idea of Chinese original designer and meticulous Min Xiu craftsmanship to the attendees from the world on 10th September， 2017.

The show took place at Pier 59 studios along the Hudson River， one of the Council of Fashion Designers of America （CFDA） official NYFW venues. The eye-catching wedding dress show combines with Min Xiu craftsmanship which has the vivid colors and exaggerated technique results spectacular effect and auspicious meanings. The unique embroidery method invented by Ms. Tsai was offered five national patents. Ms. Tsai put eastern style Min Xiu craftsmanship into modern wedding dress， showing her great sprite of inherited Chinese bridal dress culture.

Quanzhou Institute of Fashion Technology is a full-time institute to educate clothes designer， and there are many graduated students who win domestic or global prize about clothes design and become partner with Ms. Tsai. She is known as “the most famous wedding dress designer in China” and has won the top 10 Chinese Designer continuously for 3 years. She was invited multiple times to exhibit her design as a representative at many major events such as Boao Forum and Doha Asian Games. She received “the top ten in Chinese textile and garment industry” at Diaoyutai state guesthouse in 2010. In 2015， she designed the world longest wedding dress train which achieved 2599 meters and became the world record. As creator of the brand， she insists original design and promotes Chinese traditional bridal dress. She put ethnic elements into meticulous design； she was inspirited by Chinese traditional idea about happiness and grows continuously. Using bridal dress to present the love from mothers shows the idea that with succeed the traditions， ethnic culture can merge with fashion perfectly.

“We hope more and more Chinese outstanding designers will show up on global level stage in the future.” said Lin Yali who is the chairman of Quanzhou Institute of Fashion Technology “by a serial of international events， hoping to attract active and powerful oversea customers， in order to build environments that benefit for both designer and industry.”

The show was tremendous. About 370 attendees from fashion， business and political area was invented by the organizer Xiamen Hedao education together with Quanzhou Institute of Fashion Technology. Xiamen Hedao education is a school in the lead of clothes designer training and combine with industry. Xiamen Hedao educations cooperate with international brands not only is the emergence of brand and culture， but also shows the Chinese design ability of traditional bridal dress and Min Xiu craftsmanship that has nearly a thousand years history.

At the press conference held on empire state building， Ms. Tsai said “My belief is strong and the trip to New York is to demonstrate that the Chinese Min Xiu and my mechanical engraving engraving method can be fashionable and globalization. As a Chinese designer， I hope to build a brand of Chinese， style special and new. I hope my persistence can touch your heart and I am trying. My wish is to interit originality and craftsmanship to my student and let them use in practice and make the Min Xiu crafts grow continuously.”endprint
