“我們要百尺竿頭、更進一步，在保持健康良性發展勢頭的基礎上，推動共建‘一帶一路’向高質量發展轉變，這是下一階段推進共建‘一帶一路’工作的基本要求。”習近平總書記在推進“一帶一路”建設工作5周年座談會上發表重要講話，對推進“一帶一路”建設工作作出了重大戰略部署，進一步指明了前進方向。本期除繼續刊登第十三屆全國技術預見學術研討會和第七屆國際工商人類學大會的部分論文外，特別選登了一批事關“一帶一路”沿線國家產業升級和技術進步的學術論文，這是本刊矢志不渝辦刊方向和職責所在，期待引起積極的討論和共鳴。

“We need to make every effort to achieve further progress, and push forward high -quality development of co-building the Belt and Road on the basis of maintaining a healthy development momentum, which is the basic requirement for co-construction of the Belt and Road in the next phase.”General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the 5th anniversary symposium on promoting the construction of the Belt and Road and made a major strategic plan to promote the construction of the Belt and Road, which further pointed out the way forward. In addition to continuing to publish some papers from the 13th National Symposium on Technology Foresight and the 7th International Conference on Business Anthropology, this issue specially selected a number of academic papers on industrial upgrading and technological progress in countries along the Belt and Road, which is the development direction and responsibility of our magazine, and we look forward to receiving active discussion and resonance.
