【摘 要】（indicative abstract）：Form the perspective of the practice of operation document management of nucler power plant in qinshan nuclear plant.（Hereinafter referred to qinshan 2 factory） ，the professional classification of EAM system in nuclear power system is described，the advantages of EAM system for the management of nuclear power operation documents.本文從秦山第二核電廠（以下簡稱秦山二廠）核電運行文件管理工作實踐的角度，闡述了EAM系統在核電系統的專業分類、EAM系統對核電運行文件管理工作帶來的優勢。

【Abstract】（indicative abstract）：Form the perspective of the practice of operation document management of nucler power plant in qinshan nuclear plant.（Hereinafter referred to qinshan 2 factory） ，the professional classification of EAM system in nuclear power system is described，the advantages of EAM system for the management of nuclear power operation documents.This paper elaborates the professional classification of EAM system in nuclear power system and the advantages brought by EAM system in the management of nuclear power operation document from the point of view of practice management of nuclear power operation document of Qinshan No.2 Nuclear Power Plant （hereinafter referred to Qinshan Plant）.

0 緒論

隨著社會的分工越來越精細，以及信息處理技術和網絡技術的發展，現代化企業越來越重視文檔的管理，核電作為高科技大型企業，也是極為重視文檔管理?！昂穗娢募呛穗娊ㄔO、運營和管理活動過程中形成、收集并保管的作為證據和信息的記錄”（《核電文件檔案管理要求》EJ/T 1224-2008）。文件是檔案的前身。文件管理是檔案管理的前提。核電文檔管理流程涵蓋從文件的形成（收集、捕獲和積累）、傳輸（發送和接收）、整理組卷、歸檔、保管、利用以及鑒定直至處置的全過程，并通過先進技術手段或信息系統實施全過程的管理與監控。《核電廠質量保證安全規定》（HAF003）文件控制和記錄中分別規定了文件的編制、審核和批準、文件的發布與分發、文件變更的控制和質量保證記錄的編寫、收集、貯存和保管等要求。

秦山二廠生產文件作為核電文檔系統其中的一環，對于運行生產的重要性不言而喻。它是核電廠員工在日常生產工作中必須遵守或使用的文件，與核電站生產活動直接相關。生產文件管理遵循以下原則：

——公司所有生產活動均須有書面文件；

——生產文件須經公司文檔管理部門統一生效發布。生產文件應使用規范的格式，所有文件都應確定密別和唯一的文件編碼；……
