中國將致力于促進(jìn)北極地區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展

1月26日，外交部副部長孔宣威表示，作為重要利益攸關(guān)方，中方將按照尊重、合作、共贏、可持續(xù)的基本原則參與北極事務(wù)。他說，為了促進(jìn)北極的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，中國的參與將給該地區(qū)帶來機(jī)遇，而不是損害。孔宣威在國務(wù)院新聞辦公室舉辦的新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上發(fā)表了上述言論，這是中國首次發(fā)表關(guān)于北極政策的白皮書。《中國的北極政策》白皮書指出，中國重視科學(xué)研究，強(qiáng)調(diào)環(huán)境保護(hù)、合理利用、依法治理和國際合作的重要性，致力于維護(hù)一個(gè)和平、安全、穩(wěn)定的北極秩序。

共享單車綠色低碳凸顯優(yōu)勢(shì)，碳排放量減少近700萬噸

由中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息中心發(fā)布的第41次《中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)告》顯示，2017年共享經(jīng)濟(jì)在我國發(fā)展迅猛，僅半年時(shí)間共享單車的用戶量就增長了1.15億。截至2017年年底，國內(nèi)擁有近2.21億共享單車用戶。據(jù)估算，共享單車已減少逾699萬噸碳排放。報(bào)告稱，2017年全年共享單車用戶的騎行量超過299億公里。與私家車相比，使用“共享單車+地鐵服務(wù)”極大地提升了出行效率。

China vows to promote sustainable development of Arctil

As an important stakeholder, China will participate in Arctic affairs in accordance with the basic principles of “respect, cooperation, win-win results and sustainability”, Vice-Foreign Minister Kong Xuanyou said on January 1st . With an ultimate goal of promoting sustainable development of the Arctic, China’s participation will bring opportunities to the region not damage, he said.Kong made the comments in a news conference organized by the State Council Information Office as China published its first ever white paper on Arctic policy. China prioritizes scientific research, underscores the importance of environmental protection,rational utilization, law-based governance and international cooperation, and commits itself to maintaining a peaceful, secure and stable Arctic order, according to the white paper titled China’s Arctic Policy.

Bike-sharing cuts 7 million tons of carbon emissions

The 41st China Statistical Report on Internet Development, released by the China Internet Network Information Center, said the sharing economy saw a boom in China last year and the number of bike-share users increased by 115 million in just half a year. At the end of 2017, bike-sharing services in China had about 221 million users and were estimated to have helped cut carbon emissions by over 6.99 million tons. The users cycled over 29.9 billion km in total last year, the report said, adding that using bike-sharing combined with metro services has increased transportation ef fi ciency compared with private vehicles.
