The Integration of Life Ceramics and Modern Life

【Abstract】The ceramic art of life must be able to adapt to the life of modern people， and widespread popularization is an important guarantee for the continued development of ceramic art in life.With the improvement of material life level， people are pursuing more and more high-quality living environment， which is an important opportunity for life ceramic design to pay attention to and grasp.In my opinion， an important design direction of life pottery art is to merge with modern life.The innovation of life pottery art must keep up with the trend of the times， be good at applying new technology， join modern elements for life pottery art， actively expand the application of life pottery art in daily life， integrate life pottery art into products， and integrate life pottery art into home life. Make more people enjoy the artistry of life.

Introduction

Since its birth， ceramics have been inseparable from peoples lives.The art of ceramics is the art of life.China is the hometown of ceramics and has a long history of ceramic culture.The English word “CHINA” contains the meaning of ceramics.Jingdezhen， an important ceramic town in our country， experienced years of baptism， “still a thousand square merchants， still see the five colors of pottery”， the charm of ceramic art can be seen in one spot.As soon as the ceramic art of life changes to the sameness of daily ceramics， it also makes the unreachable ornamental ceramics “fly into the homes of ordinary people.”Its creative idea is “the artistry of living goods”The life ceramic art contains the aesthetic consciousness of the modern people and the spirit of the traditional culture. It is the organic combination of science and technology， the creation of art and the nature of natural material.It abandoned the formal design style， gave people a refreshing feeling， with various forms， hand-made， full of personality， aesthetic and practical characteristics began to attract peoples attention.

In 20s， influenced by the development of Japanese ceramics， the concept of life pottery began to appear in China.Although life ceramic art is a new thing， it has already existed in the long history of ceramic culture in our country. To some extent， each generation of handmade ceramic articles has the characteristics of life pottery art.The life pottery art studied in this paper is the modern life pottery art produced under the great environment of modern pottery art.

First， the combination of life pottery art and modern science and technology

The development of science and technology has brought infinite possibilities and laid the foundation for the application of ceramics in modern life.The fragility of ceramic products is one of its major shortcomings， and modern ceramic materials can effectively overcome this shortcoming， expand the application of life ceramics， so that life ceramics can be combined with science and technology. For the cold mechanical technology products to bring the interest of life.

Traditional ceramics are made of natural rocks， minerals， clay and so on.In recent years， traditional ceramics have not been able to meet the needs of the industrial field， and various new ceramic materials have emerged as the times require. Various kinds of special ceramics， such as high-temperature resistance， high toughness， super hardness， wear resistance and corrosion resistance， have emerged one after another， and they have excellent physics. Chemical and biological properties are incomparable to traditional ceramics.For example， nanocrystalline ceramics are made of nano-particles to transform traditional ceramics. The strength， toughness and superplasticity of ceramics are greatly improved by adding nano-particles and wafer fibres to traditional ceramics， thus overcoming the brittleness of ceramic materials. To some extent， ceramics have the properties of metal.

With the continuous development and utilization of new ceramic materials in the future， more and more ceramic materials with superior performance and low cost will come into peoples lives.Daily life ceramic art is closely related to peoples daily life. Designers should keep in mind the “people-oriented” design concept of life pottery art， and choose new materials that are green， environmentally friendly and radiation-free. Avoid the use of toxic chemicals in blind pursuit of visual effects.Designers should be good at using new technology， break through the pattern of thinking， use new materials to design a wider range of life ceramics， in the use of science and technology to change ceramic art， also try to change technology with pottery.

Second， the application of life pottery in home life

At the beginning of life pottery， the purpose was to change peoples quality of life.Home Life is an important part of Modern Life.Ceramics have been closely related to household life since ancient times， but the daily-ceramics produced by modern mass production are full of peoples lives and restrain the free expression of peoples emotions.From this， designers can explore the creative points in household decoration， try to change the existence of daily necessities around people， in the fast-paced noisy city and many mechanized products， provide spiritual decoration for peoples life. Integrate the beauty of nature into home life， and realize its innovation while expanding the variety of life pottery works.

Pottery art works in modern life are mainly pot， cup， plate， lamp， flower arrangement， which limits the use of life pottery in household life.Designers should pay attention to the application and promotion of life pottery in household life.This requires designers to constantly expand the variety of life ceramics， so that the creation of all related to life， such as candlestick， jewellery， furniture， wall ornaments， desk， etc.

The innovation of life ceramic art requires not only the form of innovation， but also the promotion of the application.Life can not only decorate ceramic Home Furnishing， can deliver a quiet happy atmosphere，but people also abandon the modern life of irritability， enjoy the natural taste of life.Designers should actively explore the application of life pottery in household life， think about how to make innovative design better serve the public life， enrich peoples home life and open up broad prospects for life pottery art.

Conclusion

Ceramic art is an ancient art， the long-standing Chinese ceramic culture exudes endless mysterious atmosphere.The development of ceramic art in modern life injects fresh blood into ceramic culture.Life pottery art is loved by modern people because of its wide practicability and aesthetic interest. It is the product of peoples weariness towards mechanized urban life and the pursuit of natural interest. It has changed the uniformity of daily ceramics and made the articles of daily use artistic. Be amusing.

At present， in the field of living ceramics， Japan and Korea are in the leading position， and China is lagging behind. However， after analysis， it is found that the root of modern life ceramics is traditional Chinese ceramics.As a big ceramic country， we should intensify our innovation， “base on traditional culture， face modern life”， innovate the current situation of backward ceramics and develop life ceramics with Chinese characteristics.

The most important thing in the creative design of ceramic art is the designers thought， good thought can give birth to countless excellent works.This requires us designers to pay attention to their own self-cultivation and cultural quality， to integrate life feelings into works， to produce more good works， and to contribute to the development of ceramic art in our country.
