7月2日，2018年度巴渝醉美鄉村夏季避暑納涼精品線路發布，其中避暑納涼主題線路有73條、共315個休閑點。渝東北“三峽真情”、渝東南“民族風情”、渝西“巴渝鄉情”、主城區“都市閑情”，既可滿足周末短期出行納涼，也可中長期居住避暑。

"How exhilarating to be back to Nature after long having been troubled by the worldly affairs!" Tao Yuanming's return-to-Nature lifestyle has become the most eagerly wanted by urbanites. Another midsummer launches a rendezvous with the cool villages: the breeze between the mountains, the gurgling streams in the mountains, the country roads zigzagging in the mountains... are they still like what they are in your memories?

On July 2nd, 2018, the Bayu(Chongqing) intoxicating country village summer resort plans were released, among which, 73 hot summer recess theme routes and 315 leisure spots are included. Northeastern Chongqing- "Three Gorges"

江津四面山草木茂盛，多飛瀑流間，峽谷地縫穿梭其中，自然風光蔚為壯觀，是重慶有名的避暑景點。永川茶山竹海連綿不斷的竹林和連片的茶園分布開來，茶竹共生景觀在全世界都尤為罕見。由于森林覆蓋率很高，景區非常涼爽。大足龍水湖水天一線，湖光山色非常美麗，周邊既有層巒疊翠的山峰，也有一望無際的平原和濕地，風光獨特，涼爽宜人，是重慶少有的湖濱避暑勝地。

其實，渝西的涼爽遠不止這些，綦江古劍山、萬盛黑山谷、合川釣魚城等都是避暑納涼好去處，處處盡顯巴渝特色。

主城區“都市閑情”

都市人適應著快節奏，鮮有慢生活。

在這樣的炎炎夏日，主城四山送來夏日清涼。以縉云山、中梁山、銅鑼山、明月山四山為主的山脈及其延伸山系，森林覆蓋率高，相比城區氣溫要低好幾度，不失為夏季周末短期出行避暑納涼好選擇。

縉云山擁有得天獨厚的高山氣候環境，是名副其實的天然森林氧吧。山上的特色民宿，是都市人向往的休閑度假之地。早霞晚云，姹紫嫣紅，是飽覽自然風光的好地方。中梁山縱貫南北，層巒疊嶂、林深泉涌，風景如畫，是重慶主城重要的生態屏障、城市“肺葉”。銅鑼山千峰披綠，遮天蔽日，礦坑奇景，碧水深潭，被譽為重慶“九寨”。明月山是一個重要的亞熱帶生物資源基因庫，是人們親近自然、認識自然的理想場所，孩子們可以在清涼中進行生物、地理、環境科學的野外考察。

"Urban Leisure" in the Main City Proper

Urban people adapt to the fast pace and rarely do they have a slow life.

In such a hot summer day, the main city four mountains radiate summer coolness. The mountain range and its extended mountain system, which are mainly composed of Jinyun Mountain, Zhongliang Mountain, Tongluo Mountain and Mingyue Mountain, have a high forest coverage rate. A few degrees lower than the urban temperature, they are a good choice for summer vacations in the weekend.

With its unique alpine climate, Jinyun Mountain is a veritable natural “forest aerobic bar”. The homestay on the mountain is a place of leisure for urbanites . Mingyue Mountain is a sub-tropical biological resource gene bank of vital importance and an ideal place for people to get close to nature and understand nature. Children can conduct field trips in biology, geography and environmental science in the coolness.
