重慶，行千里·致廣大，喜迎八方游客。來到這熱情的山城，除了有美景可覽，還有美食不可辜負。

美食如同這座城市一般火辣。在重慶，辣是一種性情，麻是一種態度，重慶美食圍繞“麻辣鮮香”鋪陳開來，是重慶人孜孜不倦的味覺追求。來重慶旅游，請帶上一個能吃辣的胃和一顆吃貨的心！

If you travels around Chongqing, you will greatly broaden your horizon. Chongqing welcomes visitors from all over the world. When you come to this ebullient mountain city, you can enjoy the delicious food besides the beautiful scenery.

The food in Chongqing is as hot as the city. In Chongqing, the“spiciness” of peppers stands for a kind of temperament and the “tingle”of Chinese prickly ash stands for an attitude. Chongqing cuisine is well known for its spicy and delicious taste which are tirelessly pursued by Chongqing people. 火鍋&小面 Hot Pot & Chongqing Small Noodles

提起重慶，就會想到火鍋，重慶火鍋是“重慶十大文化符號”之首，享譽中外。

火鍋分微辣、中辣、老辣等不同程度的紅湯，也有紅湯清湯參半的鴛鴦鍋。重慶火鍋菜品豐富，多達上百種。為了迎合大眾口味，蘸料也越來越多。但其實正宗老火鍋的蘸料就只有香油、蒜泥，外加鹽、味精、醋打配合，最簡單的才是最經典的。

重慶的火鍋店遍布大街小巷，越是老火鍋越吃香，它們不太注重裝潢，是味道讓排隊等候成為常事。

火鍋，是重慶人的最愛，更是外地游客來重慶必吃的第一道美食，圍桌而坐，滾燙的火鍋配上啤酒，這就是地道的“重慶味道”。

Speaking of Chongqing, you will think of hot pot. Chongqing hot pot tops the “Chongqing Top Ten Cultural Symbols” and is well-known both at home and abroad.

The spicy hot pot falls into three categories, including slightly spicy, medium spicy and super spicy and you also can enjoy two-flavored hot pot in Chongqing. Hundreds of kinds of dishes can be boiled in Chongqing hot pot and an increasing number of condiment sauces are created in order to cater to the tastes of the public. But in fact, the condiment sauces of the authentic old hot pot only contain the sesame oil, garlic, salt, MSG and vinegar. The simplest is the most classic.

The hot pot restaurants spread all over the high streets and back lanes of Chongqing, but the restaurants selling hot pots with old-fashioned flavor are more popular. Although the above restaurant owners don’t pay much attention to the decoration, it is common occurrence for a lots of customers to queue up due to the good taste.

Hot pot is the favorite of Chongqing people and is also the first delicious food that the tourists who come from other places must enjoy in Chongqing. Sitting around the table, people can enjoy the hot pot with beer which constitutes the authentic“Chongqing Taste”.

晨起一碗面，足見小面在重慶人心中的地位。去年10月，重慶獲封了“中國小面之都”稱號。

重慶小面是指素面，分干溜和湯面兩種類型。一碗小面的靈魂在于它的佐料，重慶的很多特色面館都有自己的秘制佐料，不僅種類繁多，佐料配比也很講究，還能根據食客要求“量身定制”。部分面館還定做面條，勁道十足。

來到重慶，不吃一碗地道的麻辣小面，不算到過重慶。

Chongqing people usually eat a bowl of noodles in the morning,which shows the important position of Chongqing small noodles in the hearts of them. In October last year, Chongqing was also awarded the title of “The Capital of Small Noodles in China ”.

Chongqing small noodles refer to plain noodles, which are divided into two types: dried noodles and soup noodles. The soul of a bowl of small noodles lies in its condiments, so many of the special noodle restaurants in Chongqing have their own secret condiments.The noodle restaurants not only

create a variety of condiments and particular dosage ratio,but also cook noodles with different tastes according to the requirements of the diners. Some noodle restaurants also require cooks to make noodles by themselves, so that the handpulled noodles are chewy.

If you don’t eat a bowl of authentic spicy noodles when you come to Chongqing, it means that you actually have never been Chongqing.

酸辣粉&豆花飯 Hot and Sour Rice Noodles & Bean Paste Rice

酸辣粉是重慶的一種地方傳統名小吃，麻辣酸爽、濃香開胃。其口味眾多，包括素粉、雜醬、酸菜、肥腸等，但最受歡迎的的要算雜醬和酸菜酸辣粉。酸辣粉門店遍布大街小巷和各個旅游景點，在有些門店還能看到整個純手工制作的過程。

Hot and sour rice noodles are a local traditional snack in Chongqing. The appetizing food is well-known for its spiciness,sour and strong aroma and has different flavors based on such diverse ingredients as light soup, soybean paste, pickle and the pig’s intestines, among which the hot and sour rice noodles with soybean pastes and pickles are most popular. The restaurants selling hot and sour rice noodles are scattered all over the streets and various tourist attractions, and you can also see the entire handmade process in some restaurants.

豆花飯是重慶一道歷史悠久的民間美食，白嫩爽滑的豆花，一碗香噴噴的米飯，再配上精心制作的油碟，讓人回味無窮。如果再來一碗燒白，是再好不過的搭配了！

Bean paste rice is a long-established folk cuisine in Chongqing. It is composed of the white and tender beancurd flowers, a bowl of fragrant rice and the oil made carefully and leads a person to endless aftertastes. If you add a bowl of braised meat on it, it’s an extremely perfect match!

江湖菜&私房菜 Local Speciality & Private Home Cuisine

水煮魚、毛血旺這樣的江湖菜早已聲名遠揚。重慶人不僅愛吃江湖菜，還愛研究，所以系類繁多。麻辣系列、酸菜系列、泡椒系列一應俱全，還有一些單打獨斗的品種，如北渡魚、郵亭鯽魚等。江湖菜館裝潢相對“粗陋”，用土陶碗，大盤盛肉、大盆裝湯。食客粗獷豪爽，喝五邀六，不拘場面！

近年來，隨著人們對美食的要求不斷提升，還誕生了許多私房菜館。其菜品不僅味美，且外形美觀、富有創意，環境也是自有“講究”。

烤魚&燒烤 Grilled Fish & Barbecue

重慶地理沿江，烤魚美食普遍，尤以萬州烤魚、巫山烤魚和巫溪烤魚出名。

萬州烤魚做法考究，味道鮮美，有麻辣、醬香、泡椒等十余種口味，經歷火烤、葉片包裹烤、炭火烤、烤爐烤、電爐烤幾個階段。萬州烤魚店鋪遍布大江南北，還走出國門，在美國、法國、德國、新加坡等國落地經營。今年，中國烹飪協會還授予重慶萬州區“中國烤魚之鄉”榮譽。

待到夜幕降臨，重慶的夜生活就開始了。燒烤攤、大排檔等讓夜市蘇醒，好一派熱鬧場景。

在欣賞重慶夜景的同時，和三五好友喝著啤酒吃著燒烤，剝著小龍蝦，吹牛聊天，再安逸不過！

重慶美食數不盡道不完，吃一次，你便會深深地愛上這座城市。
