摘 要: 本文從不同樹齡楊樹葉片對楊扇舟蛾生長發育的影響角度出發,探討了樹齡對楊扇舟蛾取食行為的影響。結果表明:一年生楊樹葉片飼養的楊扇舟蛾幼蟲發育歷期要長于十年生楊樹葉片和三十年生楊樹葉片所飼養的楊扇舟蛾,并且其化蛹率、蛹的質量、產卵量均高于十年生與三十年生楊樹葉片飼養的楊扇舟蛾。

Abstract: In this paper, we discussed the effect of tree age on the feeding behavior of Clostera anachoreta from the perspective of the influence of different-age poplar leaves as diet on the growth and development of C. anachoret. Results showed that the larva development period of C. anachoret fed on one-year-old poplar leaves was longer than that fed on 10-year-old and 30-year-old leaves; In addition, the rate of pupa, the quality of pupa, and the amount of eggs of C. anachoret fed on one-year-old poplar leaves are all higher than that of C. anachoret raised by 10-year-old and 30-year-old poplar leaves.

植物在吸收土壤所提供的營養之后,開始正常的生長發育,而昆蟲根據自己對寄主葉片的喜好性決定是否取食。近年來,不少學者對植食性昆蟲對不同葉齡寄主植物的喜好性做了些基礎研究,這為研究環境—植物—昆蟲之間的營養循環機制奠定了基礎。安新城等人從煙粉虱的寄主行為出發,以扶桑為寄主植物,研究了光照和寄主葉齡對煙粉虱取食行為的影響。Cardoza等也通過其他方法證明煙粉虱在取食不同寄主葉齡的反應時發現,成蟲的產卵量與著落率雖然明顯地偏好于幼嫩的新葉,但若蟲在老葉與新葉上的存活率和發育的時間上無顯著差異,說明新葉與老葉對煙粉虱生長發育的影響是相似的,而取食的偏好性導致了產卵的差異。寄主植物不同營養條件下對寄主產生的營養效應也會不同。李志剛等人利用不同日齡薇甘菊葉片飼養安婀珍蝶5齡幼蟲,以檢測薇甘菊不同營養條件下對安婀珍蝶產生的營養效應。……
