【摘要】 目的 探討海爾??诜簩毙砸认傺仔∈蟮淖饔谩7椒?通過對小鼠腹腔注射L精氨酸(LArg)構建急性胰腺炎模型,采用海爾??诜簩δP托∈筮M行灌胃,分析比較各組小鼠(生理鹽水組、海爾福組、LArg組、LArg+海爾福組)的血清淀粉酶含量變化及病理組織形態學變化。結果 與生理鹽水組對比,LArg組的血清淀粉酶含量顯著提高(P<0.05),病理切片出現腺泡明顯水腫、空泡化,小葉間隙增寬等表現;與LArg組相比,海爾福干預組的血清淀粉酶含量顯著降低(P<0.05),病理切片圖表明胰腺小葉結構完整,腺泡水腫程度減輕。結論 海爾福口服液能減輕LArg誘導的急性胰腺炎的炎癥程度,降低血清淀粉酶含量,促進炎癥恢復。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Haierful oral liquid on acute pancreatitis in mice.Methods Acute pancreatitis model was established by intraperitoneal injection of Larginine (LArg) in mice,and the model mice were given Haierfu oral liquid by intragastric administration.And then,the changes of serum amylase content and pathological histomorphology of mice in each group(saline group,Haierful group,LArg group and Haierful+ LArg group) were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the saline group,the serum amylase content significantly increased in the LArg group(P<0.05),and the histopathologic sections showed obvious edema,vacuolation and widening of interlobular septum,etc.Compared with the LArg group,the serum amylase content in the the Haierful group significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the pathological sections showed that the pancreatic lobule structure was intact and the acinar edema degree reduced.Conclusion Haierful oral liquid can reduce the inflammation degree of acute pancreatitis induced by LArg,reduce serum amylase content,and promote the recovery of inflammation.

急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)是一種發病迅速,病情復雜,致死率高,治療費用昂貴的急重癥。全世界的科研工作者對急性胰腺炎進行了大量的研究,但其作用機制尚未完全清楚,治療該種疾病的特異性藥物也尚未研制成功。海爾??诜菏俏以簭垬淝蚪淌谘兄瞥晒Φ囊环N功能性飲料,可作為抗氧化劑來清除機體的氧自由基,保護炎癥細胞中的細胞膜和線粒體功能,減少線粒體自噬,提供穩定的ATP,有利于炎癥恢復。目前為止尚未發現海爾福對急性胰腺炎作用的相關文獻報道,本實驗擬注射L精氨酸(LArg)構建急性胰腺炎小鼠模型,采用中藥提取液海爾福干預AP小鼠,并分析比較生理鹽水(NS)組、海爾福(Haierful)組、LArg組和LArg+海爾福組的血清淀粉酶(AMS)的變化及胰腺組織病理學變化,探討海爾??诜簩P小鼠的作用。
1 材料與方法
