本蒂尼（Bentini）建筑與工程公司新的行政與運營總部設在法恩扎一個人煙稀少的地方，當地最獨特的景觀便是成片的農田。新辦公大樓遠離公路，造型簡單，線條清晰。以最高質量標準設計而成。融合了靈活多變的室內空間與簡單而又獨特的樓體結構。大樓頂層供當地公眾舉行各種活動和會議。市民可以感受本蒂尼公司這一高層開放空間的獨特氛圍。

別出心裁的沿街立面賦予整座建筑一種獨特感。各樓層的玻璃窗交錯堆疊，形成一種連續變化感。從不同的角度，不同的光線，形成各異

The new administrative and operational headquarters of Bentini Building & Engineering is in Faenza, set in a sparsely populated area where the landscape is strongly characterized by the presence of farmland. The office building consists of a single, linear volume set back from the road,and has been designed according to the highest standards of quality, combining greatfiexibility of the interior spaces with a simple and well-organizedfioor plan on different levels. The topfioor can be used for events and conference also by the local residents, offering townspeople an opportunity to experience the space of the company that opens onto the city that hosts it.

The street-side fa?ade lends a distinctive and unique character to the building, superimposing over the continuous glass facing of the perception of the building as being in a state of continuous transformation,depending on the viewer’s position, as well as on the light that shapes the volumes with shadows while at the same time generating a sequence of dynamically shifting views of the work being conducted inside. The rear fa?ade of the building, entirely in glass, is designed to maintain strong visual continuity with the surrounding countryside. While the two fa?ades are different from one another, they share an impetus toward the outside through transparency, screened on the street side and open to the landscape on the opposite side. The large industrial facility is invisible from the office building, for it is hidden by a mantle of vegetation that rises from street level and covers the roof, creating an artificial hill that underscores the intent to integrate the comlplex into the landscape by accentuating its natural character.的視覺效果，同時動態地展現出建筑內部景象。建筑的后立面完全采用玻璃材質，這樣的設計主要是為了保證建筑與周邊鄉村景象形成一種視覺上的連續性。盡管建筑前后立面的設計各不相同，但都通過透明玻璃來實現與外界的互動。沿街立面有遮擋，而另一面則完全向外界的自然景觀開放。從辦公樓上可以看到一套大型工業設施。工業設施四面和頂部完全被植被藤蔓覆蓋，如同一座假山。突出建筑的天然特征，更好地與周圍環境相融。
