掌上會議系統的開發

摘要：在這個數字化以及移動互聯技術高速發展的時代，越來越多的生活工作場景轉接到了移動端中，例如手機聊天，手機購物等等，但在公司會議這一領域，很多的會議安排和記錄還在以手工記事為主，不僅費時耗力，還會因為一些不必要的個人失誤而對會議結果產生一些嚴重干擾。該系統實現了會議發布，地址導航，簽到，會議活動和總結等功能。

The Development of Palmtop Conference System

Abstract： In this digital era with the high speed development of mobile Internet technology ，more and more work and life scenes shift to the mobile terminal， such as cell phone chatting， mobile phone shopping， etc.. But in the field of company meeting， a lot of meeting arrangements and records still depend on hand-writing . This style is not only time consuming， but also having some serious interference with the result of the meeting because of some unnecessary personal mistakes . This system implements functions such as meeting issued， address navigation， check-in， conference activity and summary.

1 背景

隨著Internet的普及，公司基本上都裝了網絡端口。由于近年來鼓勵創業，公司數量不斷增加，使用Internet的公司也就逐年增加。公司會議發生差錯的幾率也大幅上升。當傳統會議模式發生簽到，記錄等問題，人們通常需要查閱大量的公司名單或會議筆記，然后再逐一改正。然而，這樣的修正方式很難得到及時有效的處理，不僅費時費力，而且采用紙質記載維修記錄的方式顯得比較混亂，既不利于信息整理，又不利于信息反饋。這樣，問題頻發和不能及時修正的矛盾經常引發會議的暫停和混亂，成為影響公司會議的一個突出因素。為了更好地為各公司服務，對會議過程進行信息化、系統化管理也成為提高管理效率的必然要求。

2 功能簡介

該系統包含移動端，后臺資源管理平臺2個部分的實現，功能介紹如下。

2.1 移動端

1）日程日歷；

2）抽獎；

3）投票；

4）問卷調查；

5）實時發布會議；

6）會議的數據統計；

7）地圖導航。
