近年來，著力推動創新實現高質量發展，滕州經濟社會民生各項事業取得了長足的發展，同時形成了機械機床、化工新材料等六大支柱產業，規模以上工業企業428家，位列中國百強縣前列。滕州是一座創新創造創業之城，在各方支持幫助下，先后與中科院、清華、北大、山大、北理工、北航、浙大等著名院校合作建設省級以上科研平臺91家，中國科學院新材料創新聯盟、中國墨子學會、北航機床研究院、北理工魯南研究院及10家院士工作站、2家博士后工作站都坐落在滕州。現在的滕州平均每天新增2家中小企業，平均每3天就有1個新的產業項目開工建設。今年以來，滕州還相繼建成了墨子科創園等一批創業載體，有70余家高新技術企業快速成長。如今，滕州市積累了一大批創新型、專家型、科技型的人才，為滕州的發展和創新注入了勃勃的生機和澎湃的活力。

滕州市堅持向中心聚焦、為大局服務，大力實施人才創新驅動戰略，圍繞新舊動能轉換，不斷強化工作理念和機制創新，以重點人才引育、重大平臺載體建設為抓手，持續提升人才工作水平，優化人才發展環境。

依托中科院資源優勢，搭建對接橋梁，滕州市今年先后帶領104家企業精準對接中科院14家研究所，達成多個合作意向。中科院“普惠計劃”進滕州，與20多家企業簽訂合作意向。組織企業多次參加招才引智活動。6月2日，邀請13位國家“千人計劃”專家來滕舉辦千人專家高端裝備專場，9名專家與企業簽署合作意向。

今年，滕州市積極組織2018年泰山系列人才工程申報，有 11人進入網上登記申報，8人進入答辯等環節；推薦4人申報西部經濟隆起帶急需人才；推薦2人評選齊魯和諧使者；8人入選2017年“棗莊英才”。

圍繞人才支撐鄉村振興戰略，滕州市抓好新型職業農民等農村實用人才隊伍建設。加大草根創業人才扶持力度，開展免費指導，組織參加省、市創業大賽和棗莊市“十佳大學生創業之星”“十大返鄉農民工創業之星”評選活動。同時統籌抓好教育、衛生、文化、金融等各類人才隊伍建設。

In recent years, focusing on promoting innovation and achieving high-quality development, various undertakings such as the economy, society and people’s livelihood of Tengzhou have made great progress, ranking among the top 100 counties in China. Tengzhou is a city of innovation, creation and entrepreneurship. It has cooperated with famous universities and institutes such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences,Tsinghua University, Peking University,Shandong University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beihang University and Zhejiang University to build 91 scientific research platforms at the provincial level or above. The Innovation Alliance of New Materials of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Mozi Society, Beihang Machine Tool Research Institute,Lunan Research of Beijing Institute of Technology, 10 academician workstations and 2 postdoctoral stations are all located in Tengzhou. Since this year, we have also built a number of Mozi Science and Innovation Parks and other supports; there are more than 70 high-tech enterprises growing rapidly. Today, Tengzhou has accumulated a large number of innovative,expert-type and technological talents,injecting a strong vitality and surging vigor into the development and innovation of Tengzhou.
