【摘?要】?目的:通過小鼠菌群失調模型研究藿香正氣水調節腸道菌群失調的作用。方法:按7.2 mg·g-1劑量灌胃給予小鼠鹽酸林可霉素,每天2次,連續5d,建立小鼠腸道菌群失調模型。將造模成功的小鼠隨機分為藿香正氣水組、乳酶生組、模型對照組,另選取健康小鼠作為空白對照組。藿香正氣水組小鼠分別灌胃3.0mL·kg-1、1.5mL·kg-1、0.75mL·kg-1的藿香正氣水溶液,乳酶生組小鼠灌胃0.132mg·g-1,2次/d,連續給藥7d。模型組、空白對照組小鼠灌胃同體積的生理鹽水。于末次給藥12h后取小鼠的新鮮糞便,檢測腸道菌群(腸桿菌、腸球菌、雙歧桿菌和乳桿菌)的變化。結果:藿香正氣水高、中、低劑量組小鼠腸道的有益菌——雙歧桿菌和乳桿菌數量明顯上升;中、高劑量組與模型對照組比較,差異具有統計學意義(P<0.05),與空白對照組比較,差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。結論:藿香正氣水能扶植腸道正常菌群的生長,促進有益菌(雙歧桿菌和乳桿菌)的增殖,具有調節腸道菌群失調的作用。

Effect of HuoXiangZhengQiShui on Modulation of Intestinal Flora in Mice

Abstract:Objective To study the role of Huoxiangzhengqishui in regulating the imbalance of intestinal microflora.Methods To establish an intestinal flora imbalance model in mice, the mouse was intragastrically administrated lincomycin hydrochloride at a dose of 7.2mg·g-1, twice a day for 5 consecutive days. The successful model mice were randomly divided into HuoxiangZhengqiShui group, lactase group, model control group, and another healthy mice as blank control group. Huoxiangzhengqishui group were ig 3.0kg·kg-1, 1.5mL ·kg-1, 0.75mL·kg-1 of Huoxiangzhengqishui aqueous solution, lactation group were ig 0.132 mg·g-1, 2 times a day, continuous administration 7d. Model group and control group were ig the same volume of saline. The fresh stools of mice were taken 12 hours after the last administration, and the changes of intestinal flora (Enterobacteriaceae, Enterococcus, Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus) were detected. Results The number of beneficial bacteria——Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in intestinal tract were significantly increased in Huoxiangzhengqishui high, medium and low dose groups; the middle and high dose groups were significantly different from the model control group (P<0.05), Compared with the blank control group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Huoxiangzhengqishui can support the growth of normal intestinal flora and promote the proliferation of beneficial bacteria (Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus), which can regulate the imbalance of intestinal flora.

多數細菌在同一環境中生存,相互間會形成生物拮抗,避免某一種細菌(特別是致病菌或條件致病菌)成為優勢菌,最終對機體產生不良反應,如:嘔吐、腹瀉等臨床癥狀[7]。藿香正氣水主要由藿香、蒼術、陳皮、厚樸、白芷、茯苓、半夏、甘草、紫蘇等多味中藥組成,具有散寒化濕、和中祛暑的作用,常用于治療脘腹脹痛、嘔吐腹瀉以及胃腸感冒等。在臨床實踐中,發現其對腸道菌群失調型腹瀉亦具有良好療效,為發掘其治病機理,遂設計本實驗,以期能初步揭示其治療腸道菌群失調型腹瀉的方式以及物質基礎。在本實驗中,藿香正氣水中、高劑量組均能顯著改善鹽酸林可霉素所致的腸道菌群失調癥狀,扶植腸道菌群,恢復腸道健康,表明藿香正氣水具有一定調節腸道菌群失調的作用。
