Wildlife resources are the most beautiful gifts of nature to human beings. In the face of the increasingly severe wildlife resources protection situation, the concept of Beautiful China puts ecological protection in a prominent position. So the protection of criminal law into wildlife resources is becoming more and more important. Aiming at the characteristics of crimes against wildlife resources, China should actively respond to the lag and imperfection of the related legislation: improving the system of penalties and penalties, expanding the scope of criminal law protection for wildlife, enriching the types of penalties and adding qualifications penalty, in order to effectively protect wildlife resources.

The tourism industry and cultural industry have natural coupling relationship and common real demand basis. With the further integration of cultural industry and tourism industry, the status and role of cultural theme in tourism products are becoming more and more important. This paper combs the research results of tourism product culture development in the past five years, and proposes that the cultural connotation development of tourism pro-ducts in our country should insist on the principles of specialization and differentiation, participation and experience, and so on. Also it puts forward the promotion path of cultural connotation development of tourism products: analyzing the resources in depth and exploring the regional culture, promoting the use of science and technology and enhancing the tourist experience, developing the tourism projects and activating the culture, in order to provide new perspectives and new paths for the tourism products development and design in China.

Xiushan Festival Lantern has three types of “survival status” at the moment which should fully enter the scope of government’s public management cognition. The theoretical basis of folkloric intangible cultural heritage management is folklore interpretation of “folk beliefs”, and the legal basis of public administration should be dialectical cognition of “public service”. In other words, the government should consciously do “from the bottom to the top”, change to the role of the people, experience existence of folk beliefs in the needs of people’s daily life, publicize its positive significance, guard against its negative generation, and construct the governance mechanism of folk belief science in the new era.

Academic circles have different understandings of the Chinese adverb “差”, such as “very”, “rather” and “slightly”. In fact, the adverb “差” is often used in a compared environment, and its original meaning is “deviation”. Under the influence of context, after the subjective deviation process, the meaning of “差” shows diversity.

However, due to the editing difficulty and other multifaceted factors, there are still some uncollected articles. The academic circle gives some supplements once in a while. This paper finds eleven uncollected articles, which can supplement intoLIHongzhangQuanJi. And other twelve articles can’t be found the original text, so can only be recorded the titles, waiting to be researched in the future. In addition, some articles inLIHongzhangQuanJiwere actually written by XUE Fucheng, which need to be removed.

The quality of family education lays the foundation for infants’ lifelong development, and determines their future development. The families whose one or both parents are away all-year-round from rural home have often left their infants behind, and they have been encountered with educational problems such as valuing feeding but neglecting education, improper interaction between parents and infants, weak home-education force, lack of educational resources. These problems seriously restrict the development of left-behind infants, and may even induce the intergenerational transmission of poverty. It is urgent to establish guiding mechanism, to ensure professionalism of the guidance staff, to develop multiple guidance approaches and to enrich educational resources, relying on effective guidance to improve the infant education status of rural family, so as to ensure a good start of development for left-behind infants in rural areas.

Based on the analysis of college English teachers’ practical demands for professional learning and the learning affordances available in the information technology setting, this paper first constructs a conceptual framework for the EAP-oriented blended professional learning community of college English teachers, and then explores the construction and development routes of the BLC community from the four dimensions of members, goals, mediators and mechanism.

The collection of oral college history archives is an important measure to rescue and protect the archives resources in college. It is also important to carry forward the college history and culture, and enhance the spiritual motivation of teachers and students. Although many colleges have carried out this task in recent years, there are still some problems, such as insufficient attention to the collection, lack of the relatively stable teams and scientific collection methods. The oral school history archives collection is a long-term and complicated task. It is necessary to combine with the actual situation of colleges, follow the relevant collection principles and take the measures such as establishing the collection awareness, and strengthening the organizational guarantee; making preparations in advance, and having targeted interviews; sorting out oral materials, and giving full play to the value of archives.
