怎樣“打電話”

信息時代，惜時如金，于是電話就成了人們交流的快捷工具。約會、求醫、尋親訪友、拜望老師、商務往來等，都要事先打電話聯系。

打電話或接電話能反映一個人的修養，所以我們用英語打電話時要用規范的語言，并注意說話的方式及語氣。

◆溫馨解讀

1.電話接通，說想找某人接電話時，應說“Hello!Could/May I speak to...?（喂，請……接電話好嗎？）”或者“Hello!I'd like to speak to...（喂，我想找……）”。

2.詢問對方是不是某人時，應說“Is that...speaking?（你是……嗎？）”，不可以說“Are you...?”。

3.想知道接電話的人是誰時，用“Who's calling/speaking/that?（您是哪位？）”。

4.在向對方介紹自己時，用“This is...speaking.（我是……）”，而不說“I'm...”。

5.當接到對方打錯的電話時，應說“Sorry,wrong number./Sorry,nobody here by that number./I'm sorry,but you must have the wrong./Sorry,I think you have the wrong number.（對不起，你打錯了。 ）”。

6.當電話要找的人不在時，可以說一句“Sorry,...isn't here right now.（抱歉，……目前不在這里。）”。

7.讓對方等待需找的人時，可以說“Hold on,please./Just a moment,please./Hold on the line,please.（請稍后。 ）”。

8.想要為對方轉述電話時，可以說“Can I leave her a message for you?/Can I take a message?/Would you like me to relay a message for you?（我可以為你捎個口信嗎？ ）”。

9.如果聽不清對方的話，可以說一句“Sorry.I can't hear you./Sorry.I couldn't get through.（對不起，我聽不清楚你說的話。）”。

10.撥打電話，但未撥通時，你可以說“The line is bad/busy.（線路不好。 ）”。
