繼2017年世界旅游及旅行理事會(WTTC)將重慶列入“全球發展最快的十大旅游城市”且位居榜首后,2019年4月,WTTC又發布了《2018年城市旅游和旅游業影響》,重慶仍是全球旅游增長最快城市。同時,在2018中國旅游城市排行榜中,重慶排名第二。
近年來,重慶旅游越來越受到游客的青睞,接待的國際游客人次大幅增長,其發展勢態也受到海外主流媒體的關注。國際權威旅行雜志Frommer’s和《獨孤星球》就先后將重慶評為“世界十大旅游目的地”和“全球十大最具發展潛力的旅行地”。

Since the World Traveland Tourism Community(WTTC) ranked Chongqing as the top 10 fastest-growing tourist city in the world in 2017,in April 2019,WTTC releasedThe Impact of Urban Tourism and Tourism 2018,which showed that Chongqing is still the fastest-growing city in the world.At the same time,Chongqing was ranked the second in the List of tourist cities in China in 2018.

Chongqing actively develops foreign tourism publicity and promotion ,effectively boosting the construction of internationally renowned tourist destinations in Chongqing,and finally achieves remarkable results.In 2018,it received 3.8802 million inbound tourists,which increases over last year by 8.3%.The number of inbound tourists is still rising this year.

Under the background of the overall situation of cultural tourism diplomacy ,the construction of The Belt and Road has broadens new perspectives and opportunities for the development of tourism in Chongqing.Chongqing is based on the western strategic fulcrum,linking the Belt and Road with the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and the countries along the route are the inbound tourist source markets with great potential to develop.In July 2018,Chongqing delegation held the Chongqing Tourism Promotion Season in Russia to let the two cities help each other in developing tourism and to boost the rapid development of tourism economy of the two cities.Promotional activities in countries along the routes continue every year.
In the way of tourism promotion and strategy,Chongqing is also bring forth the new.

此外,重慶文化旅游境外推廣中心等一系列重慶官方的旅游推廣辦事機構已在多地設立。目前,洛杉磯、紐約、曼谷、多倫多、澳門、明斯克等主要客源地已逐漸設立重慶文化旅游境外推廣中心,海外推廣力度得到進一步加強,并切實促進重慶與世界往來。
未來,在英國BBC電視臺、美國ABC電視臺、香港鳳凰衛視和新加坡電視臺等主流媒體,在Facebook、Twitter等境外社交媒體,在紐約、倫敦、羅馬、新加坡等常年直航的重點境外城市的機場、車站、高鐵、地鐵、商業廣場LED屏、高速公路等窗口區域,都會展示重慶旅游形象、旅游產品和旅游信息——一個文化底蘊與時尚氣息完美交融的重慶。
In the future,the tourism image,tourism products and tourism information of Chongqing will all display mainstream media such as British television station BBC,American television station ABC,Phoenix Satellite Television and Singapore Television,overseas social media like facebook,twitter,and Airports,stations,highspeed trains,subways,commercial squares,LED screens,highways and other window areas of non-stop flights of important overseas cities,such as New York ,London,Rome and Singapore,which is a perfect blending of cultural deposits and fashionable breath of Chongqing.
