Abstract Objective:To explore the improvement of arthroscopic technique to help the accurate treatment of knee joint injury.Methods:152 patients with knee injury were selected,the reference group used CT diagnosis and surgical treatment,the studygroup was treated with arthroscopic technique and improved arthroscopic technique.Results:The recovery time of knee jointfunction and knee joint activity time in the study group were better than those in the reference group,the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of arthroscopic technique to knee joint injury patients can not onlyimprove the diagnosis results.hut also select the correct treatment measures to ensure the curative effect.It can also improve thefunction of knee joint and promote the recovery of the body,which has high clinical value.Key words

近年來,隨著關節鏡技術持續性完善,該技術對膝關節損傷患者的診斷和治療效果獲得了醫師認可,在臨床中應用率越來越高[1]。本文通過對膝關節損傷患者應用不同方式治療,分析關節鏡技術改進后的臨床治療價值,現報告如下。
資料與方法
2017年4月-2018年12月收治膝關節損傷患者152例,年齡21~69歲,平均(45.37±1.43)歲。隨機分為兩組各76例,對比資料顯示差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。
納入標準與剔除標準:納入標準:①確診為膝關節損傷;②無手術治療禁忌;③自愿簽訂同意書。剔除標準:①腫瘤;②耐受能力不佳;③有交流和意識障礙;④精神系統疾病。
方法:①參照組:應用CT診斷并實施手術治療。②研究組:應用關節鏡技術并實施關節鏡技術改進治療;讓患者保持平臥姿勢,麻醉成功后,在膝關節部位應用氣囊止血帶,增壓,并將氯化鈉溶液放置到關節囊中,對患者膝關節損傷類型、嚴重程度以及損傷部位進行了解。若是膝關節半月板損傷實施關節鏡半月板修復術;若是膝關節韌帶損傷患者應在關節鏡下實施非解剖或者解剖重建術;若是膝關節軟骨損傷患者,實施關節鏡清理與修補術;若是膝關節滑膜病患者,應用膝關節下滑膜全切除術。……p>
