摘要 目的:研究分析高血壓與血清同型半胱氨酸的相關性。方法:收治高血壓患者88例作為觀察組,選取同期健康體檢人群88例作為對照組,對兩組患者不同時期的血清同型半胱氨酸水平進行檢測,比較心血管疾病發生率、高血壓危險程度與血清同型半胱氨酸含量之間的關系。結果:兩組患者血清同型半胱氨酸在入組時、1個月后、3個月后的水平觀察組均高于對照組;觀察組患者心血管事件發生率高于對照組;在高血壓患者中不同危險患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平,高危組血清同型半胱氨酸水平明顯高于中危組,兩組間差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論:H型高血壓在治療過程中血清同型半胱氨酸水平是判定預后效果的關鍵,在高血壓患者中進行血清同型半胱氨酸水平檢測是十分重要的,對臨床治療效果和預后評價均有重要的意義。

心血管疾病風險指標的獨立危險因素為同型半胱氨酸,是糖尿病、高血脂、吸炯后的又一直接危險因子[1]。相關研究發現,血清中同型半胱氨酸含量升高直接導致原發型高血壓的發生,通過控制同型半胱氨酸含量可有效降低高血壓導致粥樣硬化的發生率。同型半胱氨酸是蛋氨酸在體內循環后的正常代謝產物,在體內多以二硫鍵的形式與血漿蛋白結合,再通過腎臟排出體外。高同型半胱氨酸血癥是引發動脈粥樣硬化、血栓的主要危險因素,也是導致血脂代謝紊亂的重要指標[2]。我國相關文獻提出了同型半胱氨酸型高血壓,即血清同型半胱氨酸水平> 10μmol/L的原發性高血壓患者,并對此類患者制定更為科學的臨床治療方法,在降低血清同型半胱氨酸水平同時起到降低血壓的目的[3]。為……
