香山看紅葉

In Beijing’s autumn， Fragrant Hills Park（香山公園） is a place to go. The hills are full of trees with red leaves， as red as the firelight（火光）. Most of the trees are over 200 years old. They started growing in the Qing Dynasty（清朝）. You can take your sleeping bags and go camping there. The night scenes（景色） and the fresh air are great， too.

草原風情

The Bashang Grasslands（壩上草原） are not far from Beijing. They are in Hebei province（河北省）. The big grasslands and beautiful sunrises（日出） and sunsets（日落） are all worth（值得） seeing.

Here， you can go horseback riding， camping and watch wrestling competitions（摔跤比賽）. At night， tourists（游客） often stay in farmers’ yurts（蒙古包）. There are roasted sheep（烤羊） and other grasslands foods（草原食品） for people to eat.

平湖秋月

People call Hangzhou “heaven on Earth”. If you go to Hangzhou， you cannot miss（錯過） West Lake. In autumn， the lake is filled with（充滿） the smell of osmanthus（桂花）. It’s very sweet. Many people like boating on the lake at night. Since（因為） the moon seems very soft and the lake is very quiet then. Also， don’t miss the Longjing tea. It tastes great and is good for your health.

多彩的九寨溝

Jiuzhaigou is in Sichuan province. In autumn， it is full of（充滿） color. Trees and other plants turn different colors. Snowy mountains shine（閃耀） under the blue sky. Climb up， and you can feel two seasons in a day， from cool autumn to cold winter.

The lake is clear and the water is as green as jade（翡翠）. Jiuzhaigou is also home to many rare（珍貴的） animals. You may find a monkey right behind you.

I’m Alex from Nanjing. I really like travelling. I’d like to go to Xi’an in autumn. Because it is full of historic interests（歷史名勝）. I like history. I want to go to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda（大雁塔） and to see the Terracotta Warriors（兵馬俑）. Besides， I heard the food in Xi’an is very delicious.
