摘? 要:構建了以全校公選課聯席授課為載體的大學教學滿意度模型,并采用結構方程模型進行了實證分析。研究結果表明,公選課整體形象、學生質量感知、學生感知價值在不同程度上對聯席教授滿意度、學生整體滿意度產生顯著正向影響;公選課整體形象既直接影響學生感知價值,也通過學生質量感知間接影響學生感知價值;聯席教授滿意度、學生整體滿意度對學生忠誠度有正向顯著影響。

Abstract: The thesis constructs a model of satisfaction and loyalty to the joint teaching of the public elective course, used the empirical analysis with structural equation model approach(SEM). The results show that, firstly, the image of the public elective course, the students' perceived quality, the students' perceived value have positive influences on the level of satisfaction based on the joint teaching and the whole level of students' satisfaction. Secondly, the image of the public elective course not only impacts the students' perceived value directly, but also influence the students' perceived value through the students' perceived quality indirectly. Finally, the level of satisfaction based on the joint teaching and the whole level of students' satisfaction have the positive impacts on the students' loyalty to the public elective course.

一、概述
公選課是目前高校普遍開設的、以擴大學生的知識面、引導學生涉獵不同的學科領域、完善學生的知識結構、以增強學生適應社會發展的能力為目標的一類課程[1]。同時,公選課具有跨專業性、知識性、實用性等特點,在提高學生綜合素質、優化學生的知識結構、提升學生創新創業能力等方面有著不可替代的作用。
傳統的課程在授課時經常以一名教師為主,雖然具有加強的學科系統性和完整性,易于實施教學和組織管理,但學生也容易產生疲勞,知識面有限等問題。聯席授課(或者聯合授課)是指由多位教師共同承擔一門課程,對具體課程安排采取共同商定、對課程講授采取分工協作的方式進行。這種授課形式以前在跨組織教學活動組織中較為常見,例如中外教師或者專職、兼職教師共同承擔同一門課程的教學任務等。……
