淺議高校班級團支部在學風建設方面的探索與實踐

摘? 要：高校班級團支部是高校基層團組織的基本組成部分，直接緊密聯系廣大團員青年，班級團支部建設的開展對于培養高素質人才有著至關重要的作用。學風建設是學校辦學精神和治學成果的集中體現，文章從分析高校班級團支部的現狀與問題出發，提出了班級團支部與班級學風建設之間的關系，探討了如何依托班級團支部內涵建設、憑借班級團支部活動、加強班級團干部隊伍建設、提升班級團員責任意識，引領學生思想，指導學生成長成才，進一步發揮班級團支部在班級學風建設中的引導作用。

Abstract： Communist Youth League in classes of colleges is the essential part of the grassroots Communist Youth League in colleges and universities， and it closely and widely connects Communist Youth League members. The construction of Communist Youth League in classes plays a vital role in cultivating more high-quality talents in universities and the learning style reflects a university's school spirit and demonstrates its academic achievements. This paper analyzes the present situations of the Communist Youth League in classes of colleges and the relationship between the Communist Youth League in classes and the learning style of classes， and it proposes that universities should promote the connotative construction of the Communist Youth League in classes， strengthen the training of the cadres and improve the responsibility awareness of Communist Your League members in classes. Thus， it is possible to fully motivate students' enthusiasm of learning and to inspire students to become talented persons.

高校班集體作為學校最小的行政、教學管理單位，班級團支部是在黨、團組織領導下的高校基層團組織的基本組成部分，直接緊密聯系廣大團員青年，是連接黨、團組織、領導、老師與學生個體之間的重要橋梁。學風建設是校園文化建設的重要內容，做好學風建設工作是高校工作的重點，學風建設的傳統抓手以任課老師的課堂教學、專業課程設置、教學質量等與學生專業學習直接相關的環節為主，以加強課堂考勤、優秀學生表彰和樹立榜樣等手段為輔。《燈塔工程——廣東青年大學生思想引領行動方案》中指出，要“堅持圍繞高校中心工作，服務育人大局，立足工作基礎和實際，發揮高校共青團在第二課堂中的獨特作用，形成組織育人、實踐……
