“全滲透”思想政治教育模式引領大學生成長成才的探索

摘? 要：高校思想政治工作要立足于引領大學生成長成才，才能發揮作用。文章以南京工業職業技術學院經濟管理學院為例，把思想政治教育滲透到大學生成長成才的方方面面，包括滲透人生發展定向、滲透專業教育教學、滲透校園文化建設、滲透就業與創新創業教育等方面，提出了“全滲透”思想政治教育模式，全面引領大學生成長成才。

Abstract： The ideological and political work of colleges and universities should be based on leading college students to grow into talents in order to play a role. Taking the school of economics and management of Nanjing Institute of industrial occupation and technology as an example， this article penetrates ideological and political education into all aspects of college students' growth， including permeating life development orientation， permeating professional education teaching， permeating campus cultural construction， permeating employment and innovating entrepreneurship education. This paper puts forward the ideological and political education mode of "full penetration" and leads the college students to grow into talents.

大學生思想政治工作需要牢牢把握“為誰培養人、培養什么樣的人、如何培養人”的總要求，緊密結合高校辦學特色和人才培養需求。南京工業職業技術學院經濟管理學院旗幟鮮明把思想政治教育滲透到大學生成長成才的方方面面，包括滲透人生發展定向、滲透專業教育教學、滲透校園文化建設、滲透就業與創新創業教育等方面，形成“全滲透”思想政治教育模式，賦能學生成長成才，起到了春風化雨，潤物無聲的效果。

一、滲透人生發展定向，引領學生奮發有為擔當民族復興大業重任

圍繞“為誰培養人？培養什么樣的人？”發揮思想政治工作作用，牢牢把握社會主義辦學方向，把政治思想教育滲透到學生人生發展定向上，引領學生在實現中華民族偉大復興的中國夢征途上積極向上奮發有為。
