Q1： In terms of the current epidemic， what do you want to say to the enterprises in the chemical fiber industry？

Duan Xiaoping： I think we must have confidence now， as we said in the resumption of work for enterprises， enterprises must trust the central government and firmly win the epidemic prevention confidence. We must see the “opportunity”behind “crisis”. From an industry perspective， our firm confidence is also based on confidence in the comprehensive strength of Chinas textile and chemical fiber industry and the overall industry supporting advantages.

Q2： The epidemic has had different degrees of impact on various industries. In terms of chemical fiber industry， what are the current difficulties？ Can you talk about how to deal with it？

Duan Xiaoping： At present， in the process of epidemic prevention and getting back to work， we are bound to encounter various problems. For example， the problem of labor shortage， the problem of not being able to buy defensive supplies， the problem of poor transportation and logistics， and the problem of insufficient orders. Many enterprises have taken various measures to actively deal with these problems， but after all these problems are common and need to be solved gradually. There will be further development after the outbreak， so at this time， we should calm down and think about what to do in the future.

Q3： What changes will be brought to the future after the outbreak？ How should industries and enterprises respond？

Duan Xiaoping： Recently we are trying to collect some relevant articles by financial writers and economists and summarize their views. Of course， this does not mean that the association fully agrees with them. From this， I summarized the two most important points： First， after the epidemic， there will be new formats and beneficiary industries. We must carefully study and judge and find opportunities from them. But what I want to emphasize more is how our industry adapts to this new format， how to use the tools of the new format， and adjust business structures and processes in a timely manner to better adapt to the new format and new economy after the epidemic.

Duan Xiaoping： Actually， the Wechat headline of our association has been posted on February 21. We have made five suggestions for enterprise epidemic prevention and resumption of work. The first is to gradually increase the production load and steadily resume production. The second is to prevent vicious competition in the form of bargaining sales. The third is to do a good job of preparations to resume production. The fourth is to strengthen confidence， focus on the future， and work creatively. The fifth is to unite our hearts and actively respond to the central governments call to jointly and resolutely win the fight against epidemic. Based on the current situation， I would like to add another suggestion. The sixth suggestion is thinking about the future， thinking about change， and thinking about adapting to the new business format.

After the epidemic， development is still the last word.
