探討SWOT分析法在泌尿外科護理管理質量中的應用效果分析

[摘要] 目的 探究SWOT分析法在泌尿外科護理管理質量中的應用效果。方法 隨機抽取2017年1月—2018年12月該院于泌尿外科接受治療的84例患者納入研究范圍，將2017年的42例采用常規護理管理方式進行管理的患者納入對照組研究范圍，主要進行治療環境的護理干預，加強對患者進行健康教育，以方便患者對自身病癥進行掌握，將2018年的42例采用SWOT分析法方式進行管理的患者納入實驗組研究范圍，對醫院內的護理優勢進行分析，結合醫院護理中存在的劣勢，對護理面臨的機遇及威脅進行綜合分析，在此基礎上通過加強培訓，建立層級護理管理機制及提升護理人員認同感進行護理管理，對比兩組護理管理質量。結果 經研究，實驗組患者的護理質量評分（97.85±2.12）分及滿意度評分（98.87±1.45）分顯著高于對照組（85.44±3.63）分和（82.36±4.52）分，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 應用SWOT分析法有利于提升護理人員的護理能力，不斷提升護理質量。

Investigation of the Effect of SWOT Analysis on the Quality of Nursing Management in Urology

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of SWOT analysis in the quality of nursing management in urology. Methods Randomly selected 84 patients who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 in the urology department. The 42 patients treated with conventional nursing management in 2017 were included in the control group. Nursing interventions in the treatment environment， strengthening health education for patients to facilitate their mastery of their own illnesses， including 42 patients who were managed by the SWOT analysis method in 2018 into the experimental group's research scope， and conducting nursing advantages in the hospital analysis， combined with the disadvantages in hospital nursing， comprehensively analyze the opportunities and threats faced by nursing， based on this， strengthen the training， establish a hierarchical nursing management mechanism and improve the identity of nursing staff for nursing management， and compare the two groups of nursing management quality. Results After research， the quality of care score （97.85±2.12）points and satisfaction score （98.87±1.45）points of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group （85.44±3.63）points and （82.36±4.52）points， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of SWOT analysis is beneficial to the improvement of nursing staff's nursing ability and continuous improvement of nursing quality.

泌尿外科主要針對各種尿路結石及復雜性腎結石病癥、腎臟及膀胱腫瘤病癥、前列腺炎及前列腺增生病癥、睪丸附睪腫瘤及炎癥、睪丸精索鞘膜積液、泌尿系損傷、先天性尿道下裂、腎盂輸尿管連接部分狹窄及隱睪所導致的腎積水等多種病癥進行治療[1]，泌尿外科的治療歷史悠久，治療病癥復雜，且泌尿外科患者數量較多，為更好地提升治療質量，確保患者機體安全，必須強化泌尿外科的護理管理質量。SWOT分析法指的是根據內部及外部競爭環境和競爭條件，合理進行態勢分析，對護理過程中的優勢、劣勢及外部存在的機會和威脅等進行列舉，并系統地對各項因素進行分析[2]，以此得出決策性結論，該實驗研究就該護理管理方式于泌尿外科護理中的應用進行效果進行分析。報道如下。
