標準化護理管理體系在精神科中的應用

[摘要] 目的 研究在精神科護理中采用標準化護理管理體系的臨床效果，為臨床提供可靠的參考依據。方法 選取在2018年1—12月期間來該院精神科進行治療的190例患者作為研究對象，并按照不同的護理方式隨機分為兩組，對照組給予常規護理模式，研究組采用標準化護理管理體系，然后對比兩組患者的護理質量。結果 對照組在專科護理、基礎護理、護理文書、用藥護理、健康教育、病區安全等護理質量指標與研究組比較，明顯低于研究組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。對照組患者滿意度為80.00%，護理人員滿意度為80.00%，研究組患者滿意度為95.79%，護理人員滿意度為96.00%，研究組患者滿意度及護理人員滿意度均高于對照組，兩組間進行對比，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05），經過對比，對照組患者在護理過程中不良事件的發生情況（如暴力行為、吞食異物、自殘、跌倒、噎食、外走等）均多于研究組，兩組間進行對比，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 標準化護理管理體系在精神科中具有很高的臨床應用價值，不僅能提高護理質量，還能降低不良事件的發生，患者與護理工作人員的滿意度高，值得在臨床中廣泛推廣。

Application of Standardized Nursing Management System in Psychiatry

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of adopting a standardized nursing management system in psychiatric nursing， and to provide a reliable reference for the clinic. Methods A total of 190 patients who were treated in the psychiatric department of the hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The control group was given the conventional nursing model， and the research group was given standardized nursing management system and then compare the quality of care between the two groups of patients. Results Compared with the study group， the quality of care in the control group in specialty nursing， basic nursing， nursing documents， medication nursing， health education， and ward safety were significantly lower than those in the research group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Patient satisfaction in the control group was 80.00%， satisfaction of the nursing staff was 80.00%， patient satisfaction in the study group was 95.79%， and nursing staff satisfaction was 96.00%. Patient satisfaction and nursing staff satisfaction in the research group were higher than those in the control group. The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. After comparison， the incidence of adverse events （such as violent behavior， swallowing foreign bodies， self-harm， falls， fasting， walking away， etc.） in the control group during the nursing process. ） Were more than the study group. The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The standardized nursing management system has high clinical application value in psychiatry. It can not only improve the quality of nursing， but also reduce the occurrence of adverse events. The satisfaction between patients and nursing staff is high， and it is worthy of widespread promotion in clinical practice.

標準化護理模式主要是指以有計劃、組織、控制、協調、監督等的科學管理的方法進行護理[1]。近年來，隨著人類對護理服務需求的增高，多種先進的護理管理模式被應用，其中標準化護理管理體系是最為常用的一種[2]。精神科患者比較特殊，由于患者受到癥狀的影響，思維、意志、行為、情感等異于常人，導致自己不能控制自己的行為，經常會給護理人員造成不可避免的傷害[3]。因此，精神科的護理安全十分重要，一旦發生危險事件，不僅給護理人員及家屬造成傷害，還可能影響科室的正常工作。為此，為提升科室的護理安全及質量，該研究選取在2018年1—12月份期間來該院精神科進行治療的190例患者作為研究對象，通過對研究組采用標準化護理管理體系取得了極佳的護理效果，現報道如下。
