[摘要] 醫(yī)院后勤服務(wù)工作對(duì)于醫(yī)院綜合管理工作的開展產(chǎn)生至關(guān)重要的作用,能為醫(yī)院的高效運(yùn)行提供相應(yīng)的保障。因此在我國(guó)深入推進(jìn)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體制改革的情況下,要加強(qiáng)對(duì)醫(yī)院后勤服務(wù)工作的重視,從后勤服務(wù)社會(huì)化改革角度進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)探究。該文選取專科醫(yī)院作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)實(shí)施后勤社會(huì)化服務(wù)改革的措施加以探索,力求能提升專科醫(yī)院后勤服務(wù)整體質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)醫(yī)院醫(yī)療服務(wù)水平的逐步增強(qiáng)。

Research on the Socialization of Logistics Services in Specialized Hospitals

[Abstract] Hospital logistics services play a vital role in the development of comprehensive hospital management and can provide corresponding guarantees for the efficient operation of hospitals. Therefore, in the context of China's in-depth promotion of the reform of the medical and health system, it is necessary to strengthen the emphasis on hospital logistics services and conduct a systematic inquiry from the perspective of the socialization of logistics services. This article selects specialized hospitals as the research object and explores the measures to implement the reform of logistics socialized services, and strives to improve the overall quality of specialized hospitals' logistics services and promote the gradual enhancement of hospital medical services.

隨著新醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體制改革的逐步推進(jìn),傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)院后勤服務(wù)管理模式方面的弊端日漸凸顯,導(dǎo)致專科醫(yī)院在發(fā)展過程中面臨著巨大的壓力,無法與市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需求相適應(yīng)。因此在此情況下,專科醫(yī)院要想獲得穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的契機(jī),就必須針對(duì)后勤服務(wù)社會(huì)化改革進(jìn)行探究,在改善傳統(tǒng)管理體制的基礎(chǔ)上,引入社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制,確保能發(fā)揮后勤服務(wù)方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),促進(jìn)專科醫(yī)院后勤服務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)化發(fā)展,為專科醫(yī)院在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行注入全新的生命力。
1? 后勤服務(wù)社會(huì)化改革理念
在醫(yī)院管理系統(tǒng)中,受到傳統(tǒng)管理理念的影響,后勤管理機(jī)制存在與實(shí)際管理需求不契合的情況,對(duì)后勤管理服務(wù)價(jià)值的彰顯和管理工作的深入推進(jìn)產(chǎn)生了消極影響。因此在醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體制改革的背景下,后勤服務(wù)理念出現(xiàn)了變化,社會(huì)化改革成為后勤服務(wù)改革的重點(diǎn)和核心。……
