藥品質(zhì)量控制在藥庫藥品管理中的具體應(yīng)用措施分析

[摘要] 醫(yī)療事業(yè)處于不斷發(fā)展的狀態(tài)，人們越來越關(guān)注用藥的安全性，對藥物進(jìn)行管理可保證醫(yī)療活動的正常進(jìn)行。該院在進(jìn)行藥庫藥品管理時，嚴(yán)格遵循相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)，從采購到發(fā)放等多個環(huán)節(jié)，都給予嚴(yán)密的把控，讓藥品的來源去向都有源可循，這樣可有效避免藥品過期、霉變等現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn)，對藥品進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確有效的發(fā)放。該研究從多個方面闡述藥品質(zhì)量控制的具體措施。

Analysis of Specific Application Measures of Drug Quality Control in Drug Management of Drug Stores

[Abstract] The medical industry is in a state of continuous development. People are paying more and more attention to the safety of medication. The management of drugs can ensure the normal progress of medical activities. The hospital strictly follows the relevant laws and regulations when conducting drug store drug management， and strictly controls from the procurement to the distribution， so that the source and destination of drugs can be followed， This can effectively avoid the emergence of drug expiration， mildew and other phenomena， the accurate and effective distribution of drugs. This study will elaborate the specific measures of drug quality control from multiple aspects.

為避免醫(yī)療糾紛的發(fā)生，為患者提供更好的服務(wù)，各醫(yī)院都會建立相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量控制管理體系，作為醫(yī)院質(zhì)量控制體系中的重要組成部分，藥庫質(zhì)量控制工作顯得尤為重要[1]。由于藥品與患者的身體健康存在較為密切的關(guān)系，作為疾病診斷、治療、預(yù)防的特殊商品，其優(yōu)劣程度直接關(guān)系到大眾的生命安全，故藥品質(zhì)量控制應(yīng)將保證藥品的經(jīng)濟(jì)性、有效性及安全性作為核心[2]。日常的藥品質(zhì)量控制工作包括采購、保管、供應(yīng)等，還需要監(jiān)控管理藥庫的公共部分，提高臨床用藥的安全性，藥品質(zhì)量控制的具體應(yīng)用措施如下。

1? 藥品采購質(zhì)量控制

1.1? 了解藥品基本信息

對國家藥品審核制度嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行，把關(guān)藥品的經(jīng)銷商資質(zhì)認(rèn)證，包括經(jīng)銷商的經(jīng)營藥品種類，資格證書等，進(jìn)口藥物則需對進(jìn)口藥品注冊證書、通關(guān)單、藥檢報(bào)告等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)記錄并歸檔處理[3]。
