[摘要] 目的 探討個體化營養管理在腫瘤放療患者中的應用價值。方法 按照信封法將2017年1月—2018年12月期間在該院接受放療治療的腫瘤患者80例分為兩組,40例對照組患者行常規飲食指導,40例觀察組患者行個體化營養管理,對比兩組的干預效果。結果 觀察組管理質量評分高于對照組(P<0.05);觀察組不良事件發生率(2.5%)低于對照組(11.3%),差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);觀察組滿意度總分高于對照組(P<0.05)。結論 個體化營養管理應用于腫瘤放療患者中,可發揮積極作用,具有推廣價值。

The Role of Personalized Nutrition Management in Patients with Tumor Radiotherapy

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of individualized nutrition management in patients with tumor radiotherapy. Methods According to the envelope method, 80 patients with tumor receiving radiation therapy in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups, 40 patients in the control group received routine dietary guidance, and 40 patients in the observation group received personalized nutrition management. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The management quality score of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05); the incidence of adverse events(2.5%) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (11.3%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the satisfaction of the observation group The total score was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of individualized nutrition management in patients with tumor radiotherapy can play a positive role and has promotion value.

放射治療為臨床上治療腫瘤疾病的一種常用方式,然而受腫瘤自身影響,加上放療時的放射線不僅會對腫瘤細胞產生毒性作用,也會對正常組織細胞產生毒性作用,因此會在放療過程中產生唾液腺、口腔食道黏膜損傷而造成一系列不良反應,進而導致患者極易出現營養不良現象,致使患者生活質量下降、病死率增加[1-3]。做好對腫瘤放療患者營養干預的重視非常必要。該次研究選取2017年1月—2018年12月期間在該院接受放療的腫瘤患者80例進行研究,以個體化營養管理方式對收治的腫瘤放療患者進行干預,具體報道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
選取在該院接受放療的腫瘤患者80例進行研究,以信封法進行分組,對照組40例,其中男23例,女17例;年齡40~72歲,平均(55.9±4.0)歲。觀察組40例,其中男22例,女18例;年齡42~73歲,平均(56.4±4.2)歲。兩組基本資料對比差異無統計學意義(P>0.05),可比較。
1.2? 方法
對照組行常規飲食管理,即以放療反應、患者自身習慣為依據進行飲食指導。
