技術化護理管理對尿管尿路感染的預防作用

[摘要] 目的 探討技術化護理管理在預防導尿管尿路感染中的應用價值。方法 隨機選擇100例該院于2018年1月—2019年1月期間收治的留置導尿管患者的臨床資料進行分析，分為常規組與護理組，每組50例，對所有患者進行常規護理管理，護理組患者進行技術化護理管理，比較兩組患者尿路感染情況（第10天、第20天、第30天）、護理滿意度以及尿管留置時間與膀胱刺激消除時間。結果 護理組與常規組患者在護理后第10天尿路感染發生率差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）;護理后第20天、第30天，護理組尿路感染發生率顯著低于常規組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）;護理組護理滿意度（100.00%）與常規組（80.00%）差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）;護理組尿管留置時間與膀胱刺激消除時間均顯著低于常規組，數據差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 技術化護理管理在預防導尿管尿路感染中的應用價值顯著。

Preventive Effect of Technical Nursing Management on Urinary Tract Infection

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of technical nursing management in the prevention of urinary tract infections. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with indwelling catheters admitted to the hospital between January 2018 and January 2019 were randomly selected and analyzed. They were divided into the routine group and the nursing group， with 50 patients in each group， and all patients were given routine care management， patients in the nursing group were managed with technical care， and the urinary tract infections （days 10， 20， and 30）， nursing satisfaction， urinary indwelling time， and bladder stimulation elimination time were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of urinary tract infections between the nursing group and the conventional group on the 10th day after nursing（P>0.05）. On the 20th and 30th days after the nursing， the incidence of urinary tract infection in the nursing group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group， the difference in data was statistically significant（P<0.05）; the nursing satisfaction （100.00%） in the nursing group was significantly different from that in the conventional group （80.00%）， and the comparison was statistically significant（P<0.05）; urine in the nursing group of the tube indwelling time and bladder stimulation elimination time were significantly lower than those in the conventional group， and the difference in data was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Technical nursing management is of great value in the prevention of urinary tract infections.

對于手術治療后排尿困難的患者，多采用留置導尿管的方法進行進一步治療，但近些年來，據有效數據顯示，在留置導尿管的患者中多數患者會出現尿路感染[1-3]。臨床上主要表現為“膀胱刺激征”尿頻、尿急、尿痛，嚴重者會出現急迫性尿失禁，還會引起全身感染癥狀，嚴重影響患者正常生活。為有效降低尿路感染發生率，提高留置導尿管治療效果，在患者留置導管期間給予相應的技術化護理管理非常有必要。技術化護理管理工作主要以患者為中心，圍繞患者展開護理工作，使其有效預防尿路感染的發生。該院于2018年1月—2019年1月隨機選取100例患者，為進一步探討技術化護理管理的應用價值，并對其應用價值進行分析，現報道如下。
