[摘要] 目的 探討應用標準化病人情境教學對提高老年護理教學中護生臨床應對能力的影響。方法 將2017—2018級高職護理專業800名學生分成對照組與試驗組,兩組基本情況一致,2017級400名同學為對照組,采用傳統教學法,2018級400名護生為試驗組,在傳統教學法基礎上應用標準化病人情境教學法進行臨床情境教學訓練,比較兩組護生的人文關懷理念及臨床應對能力的總得分。 結果 在試驗組老年護理教學中應用標準化病人情境教學,試驗組學生從事老年護理的就業意向高于對照組,臨床語言溝通能力、突發情況應對能力、健康教育能力3項臨床應對能力考核平均得分高于對照組(P<0.05)。 結論 標準化病人對老年護理教學中高職護生臨床應對能力具有促進作用。

Effect of Standardized Patient Situation Teaching on Clinical Coping Ability of Vocational Nursing Students in Teaching of Elderly Nursing

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of applying standardized patient context teaching on improving the clinical coping ability of nursing students in the teaching of geriatric nursing. Methods A total of 800 students from the 2017-2018 vocational nursing major were divided into a control group and an experimental group. The basic conditions of the two groups were the same. 400 students in the 2017 class were used as the control group and traditional teaching methods were used. Based on the traditional teaching method, the standardized patient situation teaching method is used for clinical situation teaching training, and the total scores of humanistic care concept and clinical coping ability of two groups of nursing students were compared. Results The standardized patient situation teaching was applied in the elderly care teaching of the experimental group. The students in the experimental group had higher employment intentions in the elderly care than the control group. The average scores of the three clinical response ability assessments were clinical language communication ability, emergency response ability, and health education ability, higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized patients can promote the clinical coping ability of vocational nursing students in the teaching of geriatric nursing.

隨著國家老齡化趨勢的不斷發展,我國已經逐漸轉變為老齡化大國,因此,我國對于老年護理人才的專業化培養勢在必行。近年來,伴隨著醫療信息的普及化,老年病人的自我保護意識也不斷增強,護患關系十分緊張,這就導致了護生在應對臨床復雜問題的時候緊張、焦慮,甚至不知所措。近年來,學生標準化病人逐漸在實踐教學中被應用,獲得一定應用效果[1]。鑒于臨床教學環境的局限性,自20世紀70年代開始,標準化病人(standardized- patient,SP)作為教學媒介進入醫學教學領域,國外被廣泛用于醫學生教學、考核查體及采集病史等,國內也有越來越多的醫院、醫學院校將標準化病人應用于國家、省護理技能大賽以及教學課程中,如“人際溝通”“護理學基礎”等。……
