[摘要] 目的 探討心內(nèi)科臨床護(hù)理管理中護(hù)士分層培訓(xùn)的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 該院心內(nèi)科于2018年4月在護(hù)士培訓(xùn)中實(shí)施分層培訓(xùn),對(duì)比培訓(xùn)前后1年內(nèi)護(hù)士綜合能力評(píng)分;分別選取培訓(xùn)前后1年內(nèi)200例患者,對(duì)比患者護(hù)理滿意情況、護(hù)理不良事件發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 與培訓(xùn)前比較,培訓(xùn)后護(hù)士基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理、病房護(hù)理、專科護(hù)理、服務(wù)態(tài)度等評(píng)分均明顯提高(P<0.05);與培訓(xùn)前比較,培訓(xùn)后護(hù)理不良事件發(fā)生率明顯下降,患者對(duì)護(hù)理滿意度評(píng)分明顯提高(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 心內(nèi)科臨床護(hù)理管理中實(shí)施護(hù)士分層培訓(xùn)有助于提高護(hù)士綜合技能,降低護(hù)理不良事件的發(fā)生,改善護(hù)患關(guān)系。

Application of Layered Training for Nurses in Clinical Nursing Management of Cardiology

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of layered training of nurses in clinical nursing management of cardiology. Methods The Department of Cardiology of our hospital implemented layered training in nurse training in April 2018, and compared the comprehensive ability scores of nurses in the 1 year before and after training; 200 patients were selected before and 1 year after the training, and the patient satisfaction and nursing adverse events were compared. Results Compared with before training, the scores of nurses on basic nursing, ward nursing, specialized nursing, and service attitude were significantly improved after training (P<0.05); compared with before training, the incidence of adverse nursing events decreased significantly after training, and patients' satisfaction with the nursing degree score was significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of layered training for nurses in clinical nursing management of cardiology can help improve the comprehensive skills of nurses, reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events and improve the relationship between nurses and patients.

心內(nèi)科收治患者病情多比較嚴(yán)重,且患者年齡相對(duì)較大,護(hù)理工作任務(wù)繁重且溝通難度較大,導(dǎo)致護(hù)理人員沒有充足的精力去提高自身綜合技能、護(hù)理質(zhì)量等[1]。此外,近年來科室大量聘入新護(hù)士,導(dǎo)致護(hù)理人員總體技術(shù)水平參差不齊,工作面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。以往科室在實(shí)施護(hù)士培訓(xùn)時(shí),以集體統(tǒng)一培訓(xùn)為主,缺乏針對(duì)性、系統(tǒng)性,培訓(xùn)效果不佳,人力資源得不到充分利用,鑒于此,該科室自2018年3月在護(hù)士臨床護(hù)理管理培訓(xùn)中實(shí)施分層培訓(xùn),針對(duì)護(hù)士學(xué)歷、工作年限、學(xué)習(xí)能力等制定針對(duì)性、系統(tǒng)性的培訓(xùn)方法,取得顯著效果,報(bào)道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
該院心內(nèi)科共計(jì)護(hù)理人員21名,均為女性,年齡22~46歲,平均(31.38±3.82)歲;工作年限1~22年,平均(7.28±2.22)年;學(xué)歷水平:大專3名,本科18名,碩士及以上0名;其中護(hù)士長(zhǎng)1名,主管護(hù)師5名,護(hù)師8名,護(hù)士7名。鑒于研究開展時(shí)間為培訓(xùn)開展前后各1年,因此排除2017年2月—2019年4月期間人事變動(dòng)的護(hù)士1名,共計(jì)20名護(hù)士參與研究。……
