[摘要] 目的 對情景模擬教學法在產科護理帶教中的應用進行研究分析。方法 研究對象選擇2018年4月—2019年5月期間在該院婦產科的40名實習生,采用編號的方式將其分為對比組與研究組,每組20名,對比組實施傳統教學方式進行教學帶教,實驗組采用情景模擬教學法進行帶教,將兩組實習生的理論與操作成績、結業考核合格率以及帶教老師對實習生的滿意度評分進行比較。結果 研究組的理論與實踐操作成績高于對比組(P<0.05);研究組結業考核合格率(95.00%)高于對比組(65.00%)(P<0.05);帶教老師滿意度評分皆高于對比組(P<0.05)。結論 在產科護理帶教中使用情景模擬教學法,能提高實習生的理論知識與實際操作能力,提升實習生的帶教效果。

Application of Scene Simulation Teaching Method in Obstetrics Nursing Teaching

[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the application of scenario simulation teaching method in obstetric nursing teaching. Methods The study subjects selected 40 interns who were in the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital from April 2018 to May 2019. They were divided into a comparison group and an study group by numbering. Each group had 20 cases. The comparison group implemented traditional methods. The teaching method was used for teaching. The experimental group used scenario simulation teaching method to compare the theoretical and operational results of the two groups of interns, the passing rate of completion assessment, and the teacher's satisfaction rating. Results The theoretical and practical performance of the study group was higher than that of the comparison group(P<0.05); the pass rate of the completion evaluation of the study group (95.00%) was higher than that of the comparison group (65.00%)(P<0.05); the satisfaction ratings of the instructors were high in the comparison group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of scene simulation teaching method in obstetric nursing teaching can improve the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of interns, and improve the teaching effect of interns.

情景模擬是通過實物演習、角色扮演、運用多媒體、實驗操作等手段在課堂上創設情景教學的一種教學方式。產科的專業性比較強,需要大量的理論知識,還需要一系列復雜的操作,隨著社會的發展,產婦對自我的保護意識增強,實習生很難獲得產婦及家屬的認同,在實習期間很難獲得臨床實際的機會,在一定程度上影響了實習生對于學習的信心與積極性,在護理教學中,臨床護理實習是重要組成部分之一,是培養實習生理論與實際聯系,對問題進行分析解決以及熟練操作技能的重要途徑[1-2]。該次研究選擇2018年4月—2019年5月期間40名在該院婦產科的實習生為研究對象,對情景模擬教學法在產科護理帶教中的應用進行研究分析。報道如下。

選擇該院在婦產科的40名實習生為研究對象,用隨機的方式分為研究組20名與對比組20名,皆為女性,研究組實習生年齡20~25歲,平均年齡(23.43±0.52)歲,對比組實習生年齡21~26歲,平均年齡(23.67±0.44)歲。……
