[摘要] 目的 探討針灸康復(fù)科中醫(yī)護(hù)理臨床教學(xué)路徑實(shí)際效果。方法 納入2016年2月—2017年2月100名針灸康復(fù)科中醫(yī)護(hù)理教學(xué)護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生以數(shù)字表法分組。傳統(tǒng)模式組采用傳統(tǒng)的護(hù)理教學(xué)方法,臨床教學(xué)路徑組采用臨床教學(xué)路徑法。比較針灸康復(fù)科中醫(yī)護(hù)理帶教老師對(duì)護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生出科時(shí)的中醫(yī)理論考試成績(jī)、中醫(yī)操作考試評(píng)分、綜合能力評(píng)分;護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生對(duì)教學(xué)模式的滿意度。結(jié)果 臨床教學(xué)路徑組針灸康復(fù)科中醫(yī)護(hù)理帶教老師對(duì)護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生出科時(shí)的中醫(yī)理論考試成績(jī)、中醫(yī)操作考試評(píng)分、綜合能力評(píng)分高于傳統(tǒng)模式組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);臨床教學(xué)路徑組護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生對(duì)教學(xué)模式的滿意度高于傳統(tǒng)模式組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 針灸康復(fù)科中醫(yī)護(hù)理教學(xué)中臨床教學(xué)路徑法的運(yùn)用效果確切,可提升護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生的滿意度,提高護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生對(duì)針灸康復(fù)科中醫(yī)護(hù)理理論和操作的掌握度和臨床綜合能力。

Analysis of the Actual Effect of Clinical Teaching Path of Chinese Medicine Nursing in Acupuncture Rehabilitation Department

[Abstract] Objective To explore the actual effect of clinical teaching pathways of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in acupuncture rehabilitation department. Methods A total of 100 nursing internships in TCM nursing teaching in acupuncture rehabilitation department from February 2016 to February 2017 were enrolled and grouped by digital table. The traditional model group adopted the traditional nursing teaching method, and the clinical teaching path group adopted the clinical teaching path method. The acupuncture rehabilitation Chinese medicine nursing instructors compared the scores of TCM theoretical exams, TCM operation exam scores, and comprehensive ability scores of nursing interns when they were discharged; the nursing interns' satisfaction with the teaching model. Results The clinical teaching path group acupuncture rehabilitation Chinese medicine nursing instructor instructed the nursing practitioners on the TCM theoretical test scores, TCM operation test scores and comprehensive ability scores higher than the traditional model group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); clinical teaching path group nursing practice The students' satisfaction with the teaching mode was higher than that of the traditional mode group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the clinical teaching path method in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in acupuncture rehabilitation department is accurate, which can improve the satisfaction of nursing interns, improve the mastery of nursing practitioners in the theory and operation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and comprehensive clinical ability.

臨床護(hù)理路徑的新護(hù)理教學(xué)方法已被廣泛應(yīng)用于臨床教學(xué),疾病教育和臨床護(hù)理工作中[1-2]。由于傳統(tǒng)教育模式和教學(xué)條件的影響,目前中醫(yī)醫(yī)院的臨床教學(xué)方法和內(nèi)容設(shè)置一般都是以西醫(yī)為主,對(duì)中醫(yī)特色的突出不明顯。臨床教學(xué)是幫助護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生結(jié)合他們過(guò)去學(xué)到的基本知識(shí)和操作技能,并獲得醫(yī)療保健系統(tǒng)和繼續(xù)教育所需的專業(yè)和個(gè)人技能,行為和綜合能力,為日后的工作奠定基礎(chǔ)[3-4]。為了充分發(fā)揮中醫(yī)護(hù)理的優(yōu)勢(shì),培養(yǎng)更多的中醫(yī)護(hù)理人才,在針灸康復(fù)科中醫(yī)護(hù)理臨床教學(xué)路徑的實(shí)施十分必要,該研究納入2016年2月—2017年2月100名針灸康復(fù)科中醫(yī)護(hù)理教學(xué)護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生,分析針灸康復(fù)科中醫(yī)護(hù)理臨床教學(xué)路徑實(shí)際效果,報(bào)道如下。……
