[摘要] 目的 研究衛生監督量化分級管理評估濟寧市兗州區學校衛生的綜合水平。方法 抽取濟寧市兗州區學校18所進行調查研究,對實施衛生監督量化分級管理前后進行評分。結果 經過衛生監督量化分級,A級、B級學校呈上升趨勢,C級呈下降趨勢。學校教學生活環境得分、學生飲用水得分情況、傳染病防控得分情況、學校衛生室得分情況方面量化后都明顯提高,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 實施衛生監督量化分級管理能有效提高學校各方面水平,完善學校衛生體制系統,加快學校的健全發展。

Evaluation and Analysis of the Application of Quantitative and Tiered Management of Health Supervision in School Health Supervision

[Abstract] Objective To study the comprehensive management of health supervision and quantitative evaluation of school hygiene in Yinzhou District of Jining City. Methods 18 schools in Yanzhou District, Jining City were selected for investigation and research, and scores were scored before and after the implementation of quantitative management of health supervision. Results After the quantification of health supervision, grade A and B schools showed an upward trend, while grade C showed a downward trend. School teaching and living environment scores, student drinking water scores, infectious disease prevention and control scores, and school clinic scores all improved significantly after quantification, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of quantitative and graded management of health supervision can effectively improve the level of all aspects of the school, improve the school health system and accelerate the sound development of the school.

為了探索在新形勢下學校的衛生監督及管理的有效方式,提高學校衛生監督的效果并保護青少年健康成長以及認真貫徹并落實《中共中央國務院關于加強青少年體育增強青少年體質的意見》及《學校衛生工作條例》,該次的學校衛生監督量化分級管理的相關工作于2018年7月在濟寧市兗州區開展,比較參與學校量化分級管理前后的效果。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
抽取濟寧市兗州區18所學校進行調查研究,包括小學6所,中學6所,職高2所,幼兒園4所。
1.2? 方法
該次的研究實施的時間為2017年6—7月,在該地區的18所學校當中使用量化分級管理評分表開展量化前及量化后評分,后進行基礎性測評,作為實施前數據;2018年6—7月再次進行測評,作為實施后數據。
1.3? 評定標準
A級:評分≥90分;B級:70~89分;C級:60~69分;60分以下不予評級。比較學校學生飲用直飲水衛生得分、傳染病防控得分、學校衛生室(保健室)得分、學校教學生活環境得分情況[1]。……
