血透臨床工程師對血透機的日常管理及維護保養

[摘要] 血液透析簡稱為血透，它是指通過某種方式將人體內部的血液引流到人體外部透析器中，在對流、彌散作用下，不僅要讓人體內的電解質達到正常水平，還需要讓人體能夠維持酸堿平衡，最終達到清除人體內代謝廢物的目的。隨著我國科技的不斷發展，我國的醫療技術設備也有很大提升，人們開始意識到醫療設備的重要性。該文主要研究的是血透臨床工程師對血透機的日常管理及維護保養。

[Abstract] Hemodialysis is abbreviated as hemodialysis， which refers to the drainage of blood from the inside of the human body to the external dialyzer in a certain way. Under convection and dispersion， not only does the body's electrolytes reach normal levels， it also requires the human body maintain the acid-base balance， and finally achieve the purpose of removing metabolic waste from the human body. With the continuous development of science and technology in China， China's medical technology equipment has also greatly improved， and people have begun to realize the importance of medical equipment. This article focuses on the daily management and maintenance of hemodialysis machines by hemodialysis clinical engineers.

伴隨著我們國家的科學技術的不斷發展，在我們國家的臨床治療以及實驗的過程當中，科學設備發揮著越來越多的作用，更多的高科技設備已經進入到了我們國家的各個領域。在我國的臨床實驗中，有很多高科技設備應用其中，這在一定程度上讓患者的治療更加便利。對于血液透析來說，它是一種替代腎臟治療的手段，主要治療的是慢性腎衰竭，它的最終目的是為了清除血液中的有害成分，同時還要清除血液中的過多水分，它所運用的原理有3個，一個是彌散，一個是超濾，還有一個是對流。使用以上3種原理糾正患者體內的電解質混亂問題，同時還要維持患者體內的酸堿平衡，代替腎臟的排泄功能。

1? 血透機概述

隨著我國醫療的發展，我國已經使用血透機進行血液透析治療40多年，但最近5年，血液凈化速度變得更加快速，血透機的使用變得更加普遍，隨著患者數量的增加，血透機的治療規模也隨之加大。……
