設(shè)計(jì)理念是在迪拜硅綠洲創(chuàng)建一個(gè)標(biāo)志性的總部大樓，能夠代表阿聯(lián)酋頂尖的電信公司Axiom Telecom的品牌身份。Axiom Telecom總部的設(shè)計(jì)基于四個(gè)基本假設(shè)及其相互關(guān)系：圖標(biāo)與綠色建筑、城市、花園與科技。此外，除了客戶(hù)建議的準(zhǔn)則外，還增加：影響、存在、可識(shí)別性和共感。

設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程完全圍繞這些理念，為這個(gè)龐大、但同時(shí)又懸空平衡的建筑賦予生機(jī)。水泥、黑玻璃、考頓鋼三種基本建材使得塑造“來(lái)自遠(yuǎn)方的石頭”成為可能，讓這里成為高科技密集區(qū)的標(biāo)志性地標(biāo)。建筑群的建造依據(jù)地形，賦予了一座為保護(hù)主花園而建造的建筑以生命，同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)綠色的心臟圖案，在沒(méi)有連續(xù)性解決方案的情況下，在室內(nèi)和室外空間中以同等的尺度推進(jìn)，創(chuàng)造出的視角本身成為了透視線(xiàn)的組成部分。同時(shí)，它也賦予多功能區(qū)域以生命，在這里，公共與私人和諧地交織在一起。

考頓鋼屋頂在視覺(jué)上將“石頭”碎片連接了起來(lái)；這是多面元素的總和，創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)“連綿不絕”的形狀，將整個(gè)項(xiàng)目囊括并連接了起來(lái)，成為一個(gè)鮮明的標(biāo)志。令人印象深刻的“雕塑”便成為了連接外部與內(nèi)部的紐帶。

The design concept was to create an iconic Headquarter Building in Dubai Silicon Oasis capable of binding and representing the Brand Identity of Axiom Telecom, a leading telecommunication company in the United Arab Emirates.Axiom Telecom Headquarter is the result of the work carried out on four fundamental assumptions and their relationships: Icon and Green Building, City, Garden and Technology.Furthermore, besides the guidelines recommended by the client, were added: Impact,Presence, Recognisability and Synesthesia.

The design process rotates entirely on these concepts, giving life to a massive - but at the same time suspended and balanced - building.Cement, black glass, corten, these are the three fundamental materials that have made possible to shape a "stone that comes from far away", a visual and iconic landmark in an area of high technological density.The architectural complex follows the land topography, giving life to a building raised to preserve the main garden, a green heart designed as a pattern that, without solution of continuity, develops in equal measure both indoor and outdoor spaces,creating point of views that become themselves an integral part of the perspective lines.At the same time, it gives life to multifunctional areas, where public and private intertwine harmoniously.

A corten roof visually connects the "stone" fragments; this is the sum of many-faceted elements that create a "restless" shape that wraps and connects the whole project becoming a distinctive mark.The impressive "sculpture" then becomes the link that joins exterior and interior.

內(nèi)部走廊被設(shè)想成與不同建筑物相交的車(chē)道；它們是整個(gè)建筑的代名詞，代表著為適應(yīng)各種功能而設(shè)計(jì)的“集群”。所有的一切都由與建筑物融合在一起的黑色大窗戶(hù)連接起來(lái)，在“盾牌裂口”之間呈現(xiàn)出黑色的斑紋。內(nèi)部維持著持續(xù)平衡的運(yùn)作功能和關(guān)聯(lián)空間，塑造出一種全新的辦公環(huán)境，人們之間的協(xié)作成為項(xiàng)目的主要焦點(diǎn)之一。整體設(shè)計(jì)主要分為三個(gè)不同功能的區(qū)塊：一個(gè)專(zhuān)門(mén)用于聚會(huì)（餐廳、酒廊、健身房、水療中心、會(huì)議室），中心區(qū)域?qū)ｉT(mén)用于運(yùn)營(yíng)和管理活動(dòng)，第三個(gè)用于生產(chǎn)和物流業(yè)務(wù)，與其他建筑完美融合。

主花園與室內(nèi)都混有或高或低的樹(shù)木、石材和木材飾面，水面和燈光形成內(nèi)外部的連續(xù)性，營(yíng)造工作環(huán)境的智能化和人性化。Axiom Town是一次未來(lái)城市之旅，它盤(pán)旋于工業(yè)復(fù)蘇與綠色環(huán)保之間，維護(hù)公共和私人空間之間的平衡。

The internal walkways are imagined as lanes that intersect the different buildings; they are the metonymy of the entire building, representing "clusters" designed to accommodate the various functions.Everything is connected by the large black windows that merge with the buildings and appear as dark markings between the "shield splits".Internally there's a continuous balance between operational functions and relational spaces, a new way of living the office environment where collaboration between people is one of the main focal points of the project.The general plan is divided into three main blocks with different functions: a main area dedicated to aggregation (restaurant, lounge bar, gym, spa, conference room), a central area dedicated to operational and managerial activity, and finally the area assigned to the production and logistics operations, which is perfectly integrated with the rest of the building.

The main garden, as well as the interior, is made up of a mix of low and tall trees, stone and wood surfaces,water mirrors and lights that create continuity between outside and inside, characterising the workspace that becomes smart and at human scale.Axiom Town is a journey through a visionary city suspended between industrial restoration and green, in a constant balance between public and private space.
