渭北旱塬永壽縣蘋果品種布局和結構調整的建議

摘 要： 永壽縣是陜西蘋果生產的基地縣之一，蘋果產業是當地縣域經濟發展的主導產業。按照陜西省蘋果發展“西擴北進”戰略布局的要求，永壽縣蘋果生產中存在的問題逐漸凸顯。針對永壽縣蘋果品種布局及結構存在的問題進行了分析，并提出了科學合理的發展建議，以供參考。

Suggestions on Apple Cultivar Distribution and Structure Adjustment in Yongshou County， Weibei Dryland

Abstract： Yongshou county is one of the bases of apple production in Shaanxi Province， and apple industry is the leading industry of local economic development. In accordance with the requirements of Shaanxi apple development， the problems in Yongshou apple production has become increasingly prominent. The problems of apple cultivars distribution and structure in Yongshou County were analyzed， and the scientific and reasonable development suggestions were put forward for reference.

永壽縣地處陜西渭北旱塬地帶，是陜西蘋果生產基地縣之一，20世紀90年代以來蘋果已成為縣域經濟發展的主導產業。按照當前陜西省蘋果發展“西擴北進”的戰略布局要求，加之永壽蘋果生產中存在的一系列問題，永壽蘋果生產已經失去原有的地域優勢，因此要做好蘋果這一產業，永壽縣應在蘋果生產中依據本縣地域實際情況積極開展蘋果品種科學合理布局，通過加快品種結構調整步伐的工作，才能適應當前果業發展的需求。筆者通過實際調查，對永壽果業品種布局和結構調整提出以下建議，僅供參考。

1 存在問題

1.1 品種單一化嚴重

通過調查發現永壽早中晚熟蘋果種植比例為1：0.3：98.7，早、中、晚熟品種比例不合理，品種趨同性，全縣栽植的蘋果品種幾乎全部為富士、秦冠兩個品種。這兩個品種占全縣果園總面積95%以上，嘎啦、玉華早富等品種的栽植面積不足全縣果園面積的5%，形成了“晚熟品種過多，中熟品種極缺，早熟品種偏少”的局面。另外一方面加工品種和綠色蘋果系列品種幾乎沒有，蘋果加工企業沒有穩定優質的材料來源，加工品的質量難以適應市場需求。……
