纖維樁聯合氧化鋯全冠修復磨牙大面積缺損的效果

摘要：目的 ?研究纖維樁聯合氧化鋯全冠修復磨牙大面積缺損的效果。方法 ?選取2018年10月～2019年10月我院診治的104例磨牙大面積缺損患者為研究對象，采用隨機數字表法分為對照組和聯合組，各52例。對照組采用纖維樁修復，聯合組在對照組基礎上聯合氧化鋯全冠修復，比較兩組臨床臨床修復優良率、臨床修復指標（完整性、邊緣適應性、顏色匹配、美觀滿意度）評分、口腔健康生活質量（生理疼痛、功能限制、食物嵌塞、咬合）評分以及并發癥發生情況。結果 ?聯合組臨床修復優良率為94.23%，高于對照組的84.61%，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）;聯合組修復（完整性、邊緣適應性、顏色匹配、美觀滿意度）各指標評分均高于對照組，口腔健康生活質量（生理疼痛、功能限制、食物嵌塞、咬合）各指標評分均低于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）;隨訪3個月，聯合組并發癥發生率為5.76%，低于對照組的13.46%，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 ?纖維樁聯合氧化鋯全冠修復磨牙大面積缺損臨床療效理想，修復完整性、邊緣適應性、顏色匹配以及美觀滿意度高均較高，且可有效改善患者口腔健康生活質量，降低并發癥發生率，治療方案安全性較高。

Abstract：Objective ?To study the effect of fiber post combined with zirconia full crown in repairing large-area molar defects.Methods ?A total of 104 patients with large-area molar defects diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into a control group and a combined group by random number table method， with 52 cases in each group. The control group was repaired with fiber posts， and the combination group was combined with zirconia full crown repair on the basis of the control group. The clinical clinical repair excellent and good rate， clinical repair index （integrity， edge adaptability， color matching， aesthetic satisfaction） scores， Oral health quality of life （physiological pain， functional limitation， food impaction， bite） score and complications.Results ?The excellent and good rate of clinical repair in the combined group was 94.23%， which was higher than 84.61% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）; the combined group repair （integrity， edge adaptability， color matching， aesthetic satisfaction） indicators the scores were all higher than those of the control group， and the scores of various indicators of oral health quality of life （physiological pain， functional limitation， food impaction， bite） were lower than those of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）; follow-up for 3 months， combined complication rate in the group was 5.76%，which was lower than 13.46% of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion ?Fiber post combined with zirconia full crown had an ideal clinical effect in repairing large-area molar defects. The repair completeness， edge adaptability， color matching and high aesthetic satisfaction were all high， and it could effectively improve the patients oral health and quality of life and reduce complications rate， the treatment plan was safer.

磨牙大面積缺損（large defect of molar）是臨床常見的牙體軟組織疾病，如果不及時拔除磨損牙齒進行修復，會影響患者口腔生活質量[1]。經根管治療后需要合適的方法來修復此類缺損，以保護牙齒免于折裂[2]。但目前臨床修復方法繁多，其修復效果層次不齊[3]。隨著材料學與制作工藝的發展，纖維樁和氧化鋯樁在口腔臨床中的應用越來越廣泛。基于此，本研究結合2018年10月～2019年10月我院診治的104例磨牙大面積缺損患者臨床資料，研究纖維樁聯合氧化鋯全冠修復磨牙大面積缺損的效果，現報道如下。

1資料與方法

1.1一般資料 ?選取2018年10月～2019年10月天津市第一醫院診治的104例磨牙大面積缺損患者為研究對象，采用隨機數字表法分為對照組和聯合組，各52例。對照組男性28例，女性24例;年齡20～65歲，平均年齡（42.75±4.38）歲;上頜缺損32顆，下頜缺損12顆，上頜、下頜均缺損10顆。……
