萬科天琴灣位于深圳東部黃金海岸旅游度假勝地大、小梅沙雙灣之間的崎頭嶺半島之上，三期項目規劃面積253990平方米，總建筑面積：25040m2，容積率僅為0.099。48棟大宅依地形散落其間，質樸而靜謐，融于這片美麗浩瀚的山海之間。

一、設計理念——依山就勢、融入自然

基地地形陡峭，最高點接近半島中心，高度大約為海拔120米。設計理念從自然山形提煉而來，建筑空間以等高線為構圖肌理，結合等高線迂回曲折的地形，至上而下，創造出一個自然生長的山地建筑群。

二、規劃設計策略——山居場所、因地制宜

交通組織設計采用環形加枝狀道路系統，主干道采用“U”字形平面，平行等高線隨地勢蜿蜒而下。區內道路分為三級，海拔高度大約40米并平行于海岸線的是環繞半島的小區一級道路，道路寬度7米，平均坡度3.2%；與之對接，海拔高度大約80米環繞半島內側的是小區二級道路，道路寬度6米，平均坡度6.8%；與二級道路相接通向山頂的盤山路為小區三級道路，道路寬度5米，平均坡度4.6%。

三、單體設計策略——線與空間、追求純粹

單體設計采用“自然主義”風格，每棟別墅平面均以大尺度的弧線為主導——48棟房子以簡潔的相同材質的大面積弧墻為主導元素，通過弧線和空間的相互關聯與嵌套，營造出獨特的內部空間與富有個性的外部形象。

Vanke Tianqin Bay is located in the east of Shenzhen Golden Coast tourist resort between Big and Small Meisha double Bay above the Zituling Peninsula.The planned area of phase III project is 253,990 square meters, building area is 25,040 square meters, and the plot ratio is only 0.099.48 large houses are scattered among them according to the terrain.They are simple and quiet, blending into the beautiful and vast mountains and sea.

Design concept ——follow the situation of the mountain, into the nature

The steep terrain of the base, the highest point near the center of the peninsula, is about 120 meters above sea level.The design concept is extracted from the natural mountain shape, and the architectural space takes contour line as the composition texture, which simplifies and extracts the overlapping arrangement of living space, and organically generates a space community with centripetal cohesion.

Planning and design strategy —— mountain dwelling place, according to local conditions

The circular road system with branches is adopted, the main road adopts the U-shaped plane, and the parallel contour line winds down with the terrain.The roads in the area are divided into three levels.The first level road around the peninsula is about 40 meters above sea level and parallel to the coastline.The road is 6 meters wide with an average gradient of 6.8%.Panshan Road, which is connected with the second-class road to the peak, is the third-class road in the community, with a width of 5 meters and an average slope of 4.6%.From the main road, a number of branches end branch to each villa building.

Single design strategy —— line and space, the pursuit of purity

The monomer design adopts "naturalism" style.Each villa is dominated by large-scale arcs —— 48 houses are dominated by simple large-area arc walls of the same material.Through the correlation and nesting of arcs and Spaces, a unique interior space and an external image full of individuality are created.

Although the 48 villas are different from each other, the side walls are all designed as large-scale solid arc walls, which, on the one hand, can reduce the line of sight interference between the villas, and on the other hand, also guide people's line of sight along the arc to look at the vast and vast sea.建筑材質主要采用清水混凝土、紅褐色天然石材、玻璃幕墻，希望通過這類質樸內斂的材質表現力來回應場所的特定氛圍。

四、設計探索——一體化設計

本案的一體化設計與建筑方案構思同時起步，一體化設計主要包括以下四方面內容：

1、空間組織：在建筑方案提供的內部空間的基礎上，在大空間之中設置地臺、隔斷、特色家具等對空間進行再分隔，大小空間重新組合，空間的銜接、過渡、對比、統一的問題得到解決。

2、界面處理：別墅圍護空間的界面設計保持了“自然主義”風格，將建筑外立面質樸的清水混凝土、厚重的天然石材及通透的玻璃幕墻自然而然的延續到室內墻面，從外到內，至上而下，一氣呵成。

3、陳設藝術設計：在一體化的設計過程中，室內家具、裝飾織物、陳設藝術品、照明燈具、綠化等造型均結合平面布局進行詳細的設計，有效增強了室內環境的藝術氛圍，使其更富有情調和個性。

4、室內物理環境設計：結合室內空間界面設計中央空調、溫濕調節裝置、新風系統等，營造舒適的島居生活。

一體化設計體現出設計師對自然環境的尊重，因此設計中建筑形體、材料自身的美、空間界面比例尺度、室內陳設均與周圍自然環境渾然一體，創造了極盡山居場所精神的空間氛圍。

Design exploration —— Integrated design

The integrated design mainly includes the following four aspects:

2, the interface treatment: villa palisade space interface design to maintain the "naturalism" style, the building facade of plain concrete, the massive natural stone material and transparent glass curtain wall of the continuation of natural to indoor metope, ground chooses the grey square brick and concrete color coordination, smallpox selection and red teak furniture the same materials, from outside to inside, top-down,coherent whole, full of natural breath and artistic charm.

3.Display art design: Interior furniture, decorative fabrics, display artworks, lighting lamps, greening and other shapes and combinations are designed in detail in combination with the plane layout in the integrated design process, effectively enhancing the artistic atmosphere of the indoor environment, making it more emotional appeal and personality.

4.Indoor physical environment design: Tianqin Bay is built near the sea.The humid sea breeze makes the indoor physical environment design particularly important.Combined with the interface of interior space, central air conditioning, temperature and humidity adjustment device, fresh air system, etc.are designed to create a comfortable island life.

With the deepening of the design, based on the determination of architectural design ideas and spatial design concepts, the implementation of the designer's overall thinking is further ensured through structural technology, detail analysis, effect simulation and professional cooperation of equipment.The integrated design reflects the designer's respect for the natural environment.Therefore, the architectural form, the beauty of the materials themselves, the scale of the space interface and the interior furnishings are integrated with the surrounding natural environment, creating a space atmosphere with the spirit of the mountain dwelling place.
