摘 要:醫院財務系統包括財務能力預測、預算管理和利潤計算等功能,對醫院的全部財務信息進行分析、歸納和總結。傳統設計下的醫院財務系統,沒有連接財務信息的權值、不具備全互連模式,導致系統并行處理數據后提取的信息參數類別少,因此設計一個基于多尺度深度學習的醫院財務系統。系統在硬件設計上,增加了多個傳感器,并利用協調器掃描財務數據庫中的全部信息。在軟件設計上,通過建立數據庫表單,設置可以連接同屬性財務信息的權值;根據多層感知網絡拓撲結構,設計基于多尺度深度學習的全互連模式,實現系統的對數據的深度提取。實驗結果表明,與3種傳統設計下的系統相比,此次設計的醫院財務系統,提取的財務信息參數類別最多,能詳細描述財務一級科目中包含的具體內容,可見多尺度深度學習可以提高財務系統的性能。

Abstract:The hospital financial system includes the functions of financial ability prediction, budget management and profit calculation. It analyzesand summarizes all the financial information of the hospital. The traditional design of hospital financial system does not connect the weight of financial information, does not have the full interconnection mode, resulting in the system parallel processing data extraction of less information parameter categories. Hence, this paper designs a hospital financial system based on multi-scale deep learning. In the hardware design of the system, sensors are added, and the coordinator is used to scan all the information in the financial database. In the software design, through the establishment of database forms, we set the weights that can connect the financial information of the same attribute.According to the topology of multi-layer perceptual network, we design the full interconnection mode based on multi-scale deep learning, whichachieves the depth extraction of data. The experimental results show that compared with the three traditional design systems, the designed hospital financial system extracts the most types of financial information parameters, describes in detail the specific content of the first level financial subjects, which shows that multi-scale deep learning can improve the performance of the financial system.
