◎文體概述

口頭通知一般是由負責人口頭傳達，它不如書面通知那么正式。 口頭通知形式簡單，無須告知發出通知的單位， 直接進行敘述即可。正文敘述口語化，簡明扼要。 口頭通知往往以“Attention, please.”“May I have your attention,please?”或“Be quiet, please.”開始，其后可以加上“I have an announcement to make.”；結 束時可加上“That's all! Thank you.”之類的結束語。
