是潮流也是大勢所趨,但我更喜歡純天然的存在
對于人造肉食品,我有一定的了解,但至今還未嘗試。據說人造肉技術已達到了高度的仿真,味覺測試上難辨真假,并且人造肉種類也很多。但我個人看到的人造肉產品,從色澤上來說,還未能100%還原真肉。目前,銷售人造肉產品的線下門店還沒有普及,從消費者購買習慣上說,傳統肉鋪和超市還是首選途徑。但不可否認人造肉是一種新潮流,最終也應該會是大勢所趨,畢竟人口增長帶來的養殖壓力會加劇環境和一系列其他問題。至于食品安全問題,就我個人而言,雖然相信大公司生產的安全性,但敢不敢邁出這一步就另當別論了。據我觀察,身邊的人在購買肉類產品的時候會下意識地選擇常見的天然肉,主動選擇購買人造肉食品的人還是少數。慣性就是這個樣子,大家會偏愛熟悉的事物,只有當新興的東西變成一種普遍化的存在,人們才會真正接納它。

提到人造肉,身邊人的普遍觀點就是“假的哪有真的好”。但我自己是比較愿意嘗試新鮮事物的,這年頭生活壓力這么大,不趕緊嘗試一下新鮮事物我們就老了。所以之前我在看直播的時候,也下單購買過人造肉食品,當然這個嘗試也是為了支持我家“愛豆”。我并沒有特意研究過人造肉的相關技術,單從口感和外觀上看,我個人感覺和真肉差別不大,聽說人造肉脂肪較少,有利于減肥,這點還比較吸引我,可能也會吸引到很多女孩子。很多快餐連鎖企業都推出了人造肉漢堡,雖說目前在國內消費端確實也沒有激起太大的水花,但它受到了眾多資本的青睞,食品巨頭和餐飲巨頭也往里頭扎,比如,“星期零STARFIELD”“未食達”都推出了人造肉相關的食品,這樣的趨勢讓我覺得它是有前景的。

Try a healthier and animalfriendly eating style by using fake meat
I tried many kinds of clean meat foods fromdifferent vegan meat brands. But I am not one of thevegetarians or vegans. I do eat conventional animalproducts, but I am starting to reduce the frequencyof eating real meat by trying fake meat recently. Ibelieve meat substitutes can help to reduce all forms ofanimal exploitation and cruelty, and they are healthier.Speaking of vegan meat brands, Beyond Meat isdefinitely the first one I need to mention. I tried theBeyond Burger and didn't find any difference betweenpea protein and real beef. I also tried vegan seafoodwhich was offered by Gardein. And they offer differentforms of vegan protein, like chicken strips, meatlessmeatballs. Judging from the taste and appearance, I'dlove to choose such foods.

The topic of so-called fake or cultured meathas been quite active in the news media lately, aswell as in scientific studies. As a vegetarian, I highlyrecommend plant-based protein. We often talk aboutthe ethical and environmental issues of conventionalmeat production. According to studies by theUniversities of Cambridge and Aberdeen, if meat anddairy consumption continues to grow at the currentrate, it is estimated that greenhouse gases from foodproduction will increase by 80%. Personally, I believethe exact number would be much more than 80%.Cause there is an upward trend in the rate of meat anddairy consumption. The meat-eating boom will leadto more deforestation as farmers need to increase theamount of land available. We all knowthe relationship between deforestationand environmental issues. I believemeat substitutes are the bestway to balance the surge indemand for meat products andenvironmental concerns.
