努力呈現(xiàn)一場(chǎng)體驗(yàn)好、收獲大的行業(yè)盛會(huì)

截至目前，2020中國(guó)國(guó)際紡織機(jī)械展覽會(huì)暨ITMA亞洲展覽會(huì)報(bào)名展商1200余家，將使用國(guó)家會(huì)展中心（上海）6個(gè)展館。2020中國(guó)國(guó)際紡織機(jī)械展覽會(huì)暨ITMA亞洲展覽會(huì)是兩展聯(lián)合以來(lái)的第7屆展覽會(huì)，主辦方表示，將努力為展商和觀眾提供一場(chǎng)高質(zhì)量、高水平的全球行業(yè)盛會(huì)，讓裝備力量照亮行業(yè)前行之路。

本屆展會(huì)有那些值得期待？有哪些亮點(diǎn)？為此，本刊記者采訪了中國(guó)紡織機(jī)械協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)顧平。

《中國(guó)紡織》：當(dāng)前行業(yè)發(fā)展的首要課題是什么？本屆展會(huì)上將有哪些智能化新產(chǎn)品值得關(guān)注和期待？

顧平：近兩年新技術(shù)不斷涌現(xiàn)，產(chǎn)業(yè)深度轉(zhuǎn)型以及新冠肺炎疫情讓行業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境產(chǎn)生了新的變化。當(dāng)下是5G+ABC時(shí)代，即5G加人工智能、大數(shù)據(jù)和云計(jì)算等技術(shù)的結(jié)合。這些技術(shù)共同構(gòu)成了科技發(fā)展新的階段和應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景。同時(shí)，紡織工業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)需求，提升企業(yè)管理水平和快速應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)的變化，成為首要課題。

需求端更為關(guān)注產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)和智能制造，因此對(duì)智能裝備提出了新的要求，中國(guó)市場(chǎng)占全球50%以上，是世界紡機(jī)企業(yè)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)，2019年巴塞羅那ITMA展會(huì)上亮相的一些新產(chǎn)品將通過(guò)本屆展會(huì)向業(yè)界展示最新的應(yīng)用動(dòng)態(tài)和技術(shù)進(jìn)展。比如，瑞士立達(dá)公司環(huán)錠細(xì)紗機(jī)械接頭手；卓朗集團(tuán)Autoairo愛(ài)羅紡紗機(jī)；意達(dá)公司應(yīng)用電磁彈射與磁懸浮技術(shù)的劍桿織機(jī)；范德威爾的無(wú)經(jīng)軸直接上機(jī)智能紗架；史陶比爾自動(dòng)接經(jīng)機(jī)新型撥紗系統(tǒng)；卡爾邁耶的速度達(dá)到2900轉(zhuǎn)/分鐘的高速經(jīng)編機(jī)等。

《中國(guó)紡織》：今年是“十四五”開(kāi)局之年，本屆展會(huì)也肩負(fù)著對(duì)“十三五”智能化生產(chǎn)示范線(xiàn)集中展示的責(zé)任，您能介紹一下相關(guān)情況嗎？

顧平：在紡織行業(yè)連續(xù)化、綠色化、智能化、高端化等需求的帶動(dòng)下，國(guó)內(nèi)紡機(jī)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)進(jìn)步非常快，一些領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)品達(dá)到了國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平，這些優(yōu)秀的產(chǎn)品技術(shù)將在本屆展會(huì)上隆重推出。

如“十三五”期間，行業(yè)大力推進(jìn)的包括紡紗、印染、非織造布等在內(nèi)的六條智能化生產(chǎn)示范線(xiàn)均取得了突破性進(jìn)展，化纖長(zhǎng)絲智能物流系統(tǒng)、萬(wàn)噸級(jí)新溶劑法纖維素纖維產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)、千噸級(jí)碳纖維智能生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)實(shí)現(xiàn)了大絲束、高品質(zhì)、低成本生產(chǎn)。紡紗機(jī)械智能工廠，實(shí)現(xiàn)了物流、工藝流、信息流的全面集成和全流程互聯(lián)互通，筒子紗染色等都有了重大突破，有的還達(dá)到了世界先進(jìn)水平。

Strive to present an industry event with good experience and great harvest

This time， there are over 1，200 exhibitors participated in 2020 CITME + ITMA ASIA exhibition. As the 7th exhibition since two exhibition were jointly held， the exhibition covers 6 halls of the National Convention and Exhibition Center（Shanghai）， which is a huge event in the industry whether in content and influence. The organizers stated that it will strive to provide exhibitors and audiences with a high-quality and high-level global industry event， and make the equipment force illuminate the way forward for the industry.

What products are worth looking forward to？ Are there any highlights in this exhibition？ To answer these questions， our reporter had an exclusive interview with Gu Ping， President of China Textile Machinery Association.

China Textile： At present， what is the priority to the development of industry？ Are there any highlights and characteristics of this exhibition are worth expectation？

Gu Ping： In recent years， emerging technologies， deeply industrial transformation and the outbreak of COVID-19 make the environment of the industry different. In the era of 5G+ABC， the combination of 5G， artificial intelligence， big data and cloud compution and other technologies constitutes a new stage and application scenario of scientific and technological development together. In this content， high-quality development， the demands of industrial upgrading， the improvement of enterprises management level and responds to market changes have become the primary issues.

The demand side pays more and more attention to product development and intelligent manufacturing， and presents new requirements for intelligent equipment. China accounts for more than 50% of the world market， which is the focus of world textile machinery enterprises. Some new products unveiled at ITMA exhibition in Barcelona in 2019 showed the latest application trends and technological progress to the industry through this exhibition， such as ring spinning frame from Switzerland Rieter， Autoairo from Zhuolang Group， Rapier loom with electromagnetic ejection and magnetic suspension technologyItema， intelligent yarn rack direct machine without warp beam from Vandewiele， new-type plucking system for automatictwisting-in frame from Staubli， high-speed tricot machine with 2，900 round per minute from Carl Mayer.

China Textile： This year is the first year of the "14th Five-Year Plan"， and this exhibition is also responsible for the centralized display of the "13th Five-Year Plan" intelligent production demonstration line. Could you tell us something about it？

Gu Ping： Driven by the continuous， green， intelligent and high-end demands of the textile industry， the product technology of domestic textile machinery enterprises has made rapid progress， and the products in some fields have reached the international advanced level. These excellent product technologies will be displayed at this exhibition.

During the period of the 13th Five-Year Plan， 6 intelligent production model lines includes spinning， dying and finishing， nonwoven cloth promoted by industry made great breakthrough， chemical filament intellient logistics system， 10，000-ton solvent celluose fiber industrial production， thousand tons carbon fiber intelligent production line realize large-tow， high quality， low cost. Spinning machinery workshops are able to interconnect in logistics flow， technology flow， information flow. Yarn package dyeing technologies has made remarkable progress， and some have even reached the advanced world level.

The 2020 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA ASIA Exhibition will be the seventh joint exhibition. As exhibition organizers， we have made great efforts to provide exhibitors and audiences with a high-quality， highlevel， great impression and harvest industry event， and help the industry to upgrade， innovate and develop further.
