SPD軟件甲裝功能在船舶舾裝生產設計中的應用

摘? ? 要：本文以某45m高速快艇為例，闡述SPD軟件的甲裝功能模塊在船舶舾裝生產設計中的應用。從圖冊和模型范圍、模型狀態的設定、部件小樣的編輯、舾裝零件的制作和放置、裝飾板的創建和安裝、剖視圖以及AutoCAD軟件出圖等方面，詳細闡述了如何運用SPD軟件進行舾裝件的建模，以及艙室設備各視圖的創建和輸出等功能。

Application of SPD Software Deck Outfitting Functionality in Ship Outfitting Production Design

Abstract： This paper takes a 45 m high-speed boat as an example to expound the application of the deck outfitting functionality module of SPD software in the ship outfitting production design. This paper describes in detail how to use SPD software to model outfitting parts， and the application of creation and output functionalities for various views of cabin equipment， including the setting of drawing and model enclosure， the setting of model state， the editing of parts sample， the making and placement of outfitting parts， the creation and installation of decorating plate， sections and CAD drawing.

SPD軟件是上海滬東中華造船（集團）有限公司東欣軟件工程有限公司開發的一款具有自主知識產權的船舶設計系統。經過十余年的不斷更新，該軟件的實用性和操作便利性有了大大提高。

SPD軟件主要用于生產設計階段船體、輪機、電氣專業的模型創建、干涉檢查、零件后處理和圖紙輸出。本文以某45 m高速快艇為例，闡述SPD軟件甲裝功能在船舶舾裝生產設計中的應用。

2? ? SPD軟件甲裝功能的應用

SPD軟件的舾裝建模主要分為兩個部分：部件小樣的編輯;鐵舾件的制作和放置。

建好的部件小樣可在鐵舾件零件中顯示、選擇和放置，但不能編輯，需要關閉零件圖冊后打開部件小樣才能編輯對應的鐵舾件。鐵舾件里面還有有板件制作、修改功能，該功能可用于安裝設備基座和裝飾板的制作和安裝等。

2.1? ? 部件小樣

（1）在編輯部件小樣前，首先要關閉圖冊。點擊數據管理→部件數據管理→部件小樣管理→選擇部件大類、部件小類、部件代號、描述、重量等參數，這些信息建立完成后將會出現在后面的圖冊、模型里面相關專業的部件中。……
