2021國際山地旅游日世界遺產名山（金佛山）峰會 聚焦世界遺產保護與山地旅游綠色發展

5月29日，2021國際山地旅游日世界遺產名山（金佛山）峰會在重慶市南川區舉行。來自16個國家的駐華機構、國際組織、專家學者等約300人通過線上、線下方式參會，共話山地旅游、溫泉旅游、康養旅游新發展，推動世界遺產的保護與利用。

本次峰會由國際山地旅游聯盟（IMTA）、重慶市文化和旅游發展委員會、重慶市人民政府外事辦公室、重慶市體育局、中共南川區委、南川區人民政府主辦，以“世界遺產保護與山地旅游綠色發展”為主題。

主題論壇環節，中國、奧地利、老撾、秘魯四國的世界遺產代表，國際山地旅游聯盟、世界旅游組織（UNWTO）、世界知識產權組織（WIPO）、中歐生物多樣性合作項目專家，圍繞新時代旅游治理和山地旅游振興、山地旅游的未來、知識產權促進世界遺產名山可持續發展、山地自然遺產的文化價值與利用、保護山地類型世界自然遺產所面臨的挑戰等話題，進行了精彩演講，用全球智慧賦能山地旅游發展、世界遺產保護與利用。

峰會上，國際山地旅游聯盟發布了《2021國際山地旅游日金佛山倡議》，呼吁廣大游客要綠色低碳旅游，共護共享名山。同時，南川區與重慶旅投集團簽署了實施“金佛山旅游經營管理體制改革”正式合作協議;金佛山和印尼—龍目島通過線上視頻簽署了《友好合作備忘錄》等多項合作。

在精品旅游路線采風活動中，各國嘉賓參觀了世界自然遺產地金佛山、鄉村旅游綜合體“大觀原點”。在領略和體驗世界遺產地質奇觀和深厚的人文底蘊后，大家紛紛為南川的全域旅游、鄉村振興建設點贊。與會嘉賓給予本次峰會高度評價，部分嘉賓在接受媒體采訪時，暢談山地旅游、溫泉旅游、康養旅游新發展，推動世界遺產的保護與利用。

On May 29， the International Mountain Tourism Day 2021 World Heritage Mountain （Jinfo Mountain） Summit was held in Nanchuan District， Chongqing. Some 300 people including experts and scholars from foreign institutions in China of 16 countries and international organizations， attended the meeting online and offline to discuss the new development of mountain tourism， hot spring tourism and wellness tourism， with a view to promoting the protection and utilization of world heritage.

With the theme of "World Heritage Protection and Green Development of Mountain Tourism"， the summit is sponsored by the International Mountain Tourism Alliance （IMTA）， Chongqing Municipal Culture and Tourism Development Committee， Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， Chongqing Municipal Sports Bureau， CPC Nanchuan District Committee and Nanchuan District People's Government，.

At the theme forum， representatives of world heritage from China， Austria， Laos and Peru， experts from IMTA， the World Tourism Organization （UNWTO）， the World Intellectual Property Organization （WIPO）， and the Sino-EU partnership project of biodiversity， make wonderful speeches which focus on the future of tourism governance and mountain tourism revitalization in the new era， promoting sustainable development of famous mountain of world heritage based on intellectual property rights， cultural value and utilization of mountain natural heritage， challenges the protection of mountain world natural heritages， etc.， and which are expected to empower the mountain tourism development， world heritage protection and utilization with pooled wisdom from the world.

At the summit， IMTA issued the " International Mountain Tourism Day 2021 Jinfo Mountain initiative"， which called on all tourists to have green and low-carbon tourism， protect famous mountains in joint efforts for sharing. The summit also witnessed that Nanchuan District and Chongqing Tourism Investment Group signed a formal cooperation agreement on implementing the "tourism management system reform in Jinfo Mountain"; and that Jinfo Mountain and Lombok Island of Indonesia signed the "memorandum of understanding on friendship and cooperation" and other cooperation through online video.

In the activities of exploring high-quality tourism routes， attendees and guests of the summit visited the Jinfo Mountain， a world natural heritage site， and the Grand View， a rural tourism complex. Appreciating and experiencing the geological wonders and profound cultural charm of the world heritage， they all applauded the efforts made by Nanchuan District in promoting whole-area tourism and rural revitalization.

奧地利駐成都總領事馬丁：可持續發展旅游意味著人與自然和諧相處

我第一次來中國是39年前，這些年中國的旅游行業發生了翻天覆地的變化。3年前，奧地利駐成都總領事館正式開館，當時奧地利總統和總理率奧地利歷史上規模最大的代表團訪華，在他們的見證下，中奧雙方簽署了多個合作協議。包括把奧地利公司AST參與的“金佛山奧悅冰雪小鎮項目”列入“中奧文旅交流基地”。

奧地利國土面積的47.9%是森林。20世紀五六十年代，奧地利旅游業開始發展，我們在鄉村旅游資源開發方面有著豐富的經驗。我們認為，可持續發展旅游意味人與自然和諧相處。要確保經濟效益、創造就業崗位，這對于偏遠地區來說意義重大。同時，旅游開發不能破壞旅游資源，要重視自然環境、生物多樣性、農業和區域文化保護，這關系到旅游業是否具有發展潛力。

日本駐重慶總領事渡邊信之：期待此次峰會能夠促進國際交流

日本擁有2.7萬處溫泉，被稱作“溫泉大國”，溫泉休閑旅游擁有非常廣泛的群眾基礎，在溫泉文化、社會、經濟、健康等領域積累了豐富的經驗及研究成果。我期待以此次峰會為代表的溫泉文化交流活動，促進中國各城市與國際的交流合作。

這次我參觀了金佛山上一家頗受歡迎的日本風格酒店，我很高興看到南川的旅游文化與日本文化的交流。即便受新冠肺炎疫情的影響，在重慶的日資企業為了拓展新業務，也開展了經貿交流會、電影節、文化旅游節等豐富多彩的活動。日本駐重慶總領事館也將竭盡全力加強重慶與日本各城市的交流。期待疫情盡快結束，雙方的交流活動更加活躍。

秘魯駐華使館商務參贊柏碧瀾：秘魯和中國有很深的淵源和相似的文化

秘魯有12處聯合國教科文組織認可的世界遺產，同時也擁有南美洲第一大的華人區，秘魯和中國有著很深的淵源和相似的文化。秘魯是一個具有生物多樣性、旅游資源豐富的國家，游客能體驗探險旅游、品嘗誘人的美食、欣賞自然景觀等。

秘魯在環境和社會可持續性方面有著良好的條件和堅實的基礎，可持續性已成為發展計劃和進程的一部分。秘魯也面臨著旅游業復興與二氧化碳排放量減少的雙重挑戰。在可持續性項目中，我們最新的一項創新技術是通過熱解處理8噸有機廢物（無碳排放），這一技術將有助于保護生物多樣性發展。
